Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Olathe

I ordered two pizzas for carry out. One of my pizza’s was supposed to have onions, but the restaurant forgot to add them. When I got home and noticed it I called the restaurant in hopes they could fix it. I spoke to Angel, who, in my opinion, has no business working in customer service. Angel said that I could take the pizza back and they’d add onions to the top of the pizza. I said I didn’t want the onions like that I said I’d bring the pizza back and they could remake it to include the onions. They said that they weren’t going to remake my pizza just because of missing onions. Angel then proceeded to tell me that their store isn’t like other stores as far as what they are “obligated” to do for missing toppings. They didn’t understand why I wouldn’t just take onions that they were going to put through the oven to then put on top of my pizza. I explained that each topping costs money, so they charged me for something that they then didn’t give me. She gave zero cares. I wouldn't suggest going here. When used for pick-up, I've always been shocked at the amount it took for them to get one pizza (with one topping) ready...it usually hovered around 30-45 minutes. The buffet is fine, though service is so-slow that it negates any benefits from the buffet.

We went here last night, and it took an HOUR to get out very little. It took about 10 minutes to get our drinks and another 30 to get our food (which consisted of two kid-sized pizzas and a sandwich). The food was fine, but was it worth the wait? Hardly. I realize it was a Friday night, but the place was not exactly full. There were more tables empty than full.

The server was slow, and while she offered to let a table by us pay at the table, this service was not offered to any other table. No one cleaned the tables after guests left, meaning that the mess they left was the mess you found when you sat down.

Plus there is only one drink station (facing guests), so when staff needed to refill their drinks, they would have to come around and use it. Very unprofessional,...

I ordered my pizza online and waited over an hour no delivery. The lady J answered the phone when I called my store to ask about my pizza and she stated we only have one delivery driver and hung up the phone on me. I go to the store and told her who I was and she said bye and walked away. I have already paid for pizza online and another worker came and gave me my pizza that was old over an hour and I got the timeline and the proof on my phone when the call was made and the order was made online. I called the police because she was being rude and disrespectful and all I wanted was a new order of pizza made wasn’t even asking for my money back! The. J lied and said I was trespassing and that she had a problem with me before. I have never seen this lady before in my life!! The police told her to give me the pizza guess what… it was the same old pizza . So now you got my money AND gave me old pizza! I will never go to this pizza again even if J did not tell the police officer to ban me and call it trespassing. Bad customer service dishonest workers...
