Update 1-6-24 Got another unit. As usual Glenny the Manager was very helpful. Update 12-20-23 Rented another unit. As usual it worked out well with Liam. Very helpful. So glad the manager, Glenny, hired him, as having a person who will listen to your needs is always helpful. As the Manager Glenny is also very helpful. Only downside is that corporate seems to constantly raise the price. So I opt to get a smaller unit at a great price. I just have to stack higher. If you go to rent reserve it online & check out the unit before signing as some have duct work that limits your height. Would be nice if Easy Storage would give discounts for multiple units-have 3 now including outside spot for RV. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Previous review b-low................... Very clean. Make sure you ask questions as far as 1 month free rental goes and web pricing versus renting in person. . Staff is great but cooperate gave me the run around when I contacted them. I was going to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau but after speaking to cooperate I said I would not. Told me I would get a credit towards my second month rent but he never called back. The absolute best storage facility ever. The customer service is absolutely amazing at this facility. I would like to name Glenny Rosario for her outstanding customer service. She always greets me with a smile on her face and her professional demeanor is impeccable. Glenny is so understanding and compassionate. She makes every customer feel like Extra Space Self Storage’s one and only customer. She has great attention to detail. Whenever there is a problem she resolves it. Glenny was able to talk me into staying and continuing be a customer with Extra Space Self Storage, I was offered a better rate for a rental by another storage place close to my home and she was able to talk me out of it. She always goes above and beyond for the customers and she is the customers number one advocate. Also to mention Liam, he is really nice, personable, a pleasure to talk to, and understanding. The only negative thing I have to say is the corporate company keeps on jacking up the rent per unit it’s becoming more and more unaffordable. I have been using extra space off and on for a few years and I have been very satisfied with their service. I have never had issues or damage to my property. Glenny who is the property manager is amazing. She is respectful and professional. Accommodating, polite and kind. She makes sure our properties are kept in good temperature control and believe me she works hard at doing so, no matter how conflicting and challenging the temperature or weather is outside. I used to be afraid to go in the unit by myself. Guess what? Well I’m not afraid anymore. Glenny, Anthony and Colleen assure our safety while on the premises and in our units by monitoring our presence. I was shocked when Anthony mentioned he saw me on the days I came to my storage unit and he was right. I feel more secure coming anytime now. Glenny Anthony and Colleen ensure customer satisfaction. They are friendly. A great smile welcomes you into the office. They care enough to listen to you. Lastly the facility is kept very clean. I even smell camphor instead of foul odor....
