I just wanted to explain and make you all aware of the situation that occurred with the countertop and the company installing it. On February 21st the countertop was going to be delivered but we received a phone call stating the sink area was cut out to 26inches instead of the 30inches. They said they will fix the problem and make the opening to fit the 30inch sink we purchased through HD and it will be delivered the following day. The following day came and we received a call stating the countertop cracked and it will delayed to the following week. On February 27th the countertop was delivered and cracked placing it on the base cabinet. I made HD aware of the problem that happened on February 27th. Then I received a call from Stone Systems that the countertop will be re delivered on March 5th. But on March 4th I received a call from Stone system stating the countertop cracked again and delivery will be delayed once again.
Another delay is starting to put a strain on my family for not having a functional kitchen. Plus the company continues to blame the stone for the continued cracking but its the poor workmanship On March 6th the countertop was delivered and installed and during the inspection the countertop was cracked in front of the sink. I explained to the installer and they tried to say that's a natural crack in the stone and nothing could be done. After speaking with Dave from stone systems they were able to fix the crack but I spent over 11k on the countertop and backsplash and I didn't want a cracked countertop that is visible to the eye. So Dave said he will offer a 10% discount for having a cracked slab and not having a functional kitchen for over a month due to the backsplash not being installed yet. They finally returned on March 21st to install the backsplash and I'm still waiting for Dave, Drew, or Mike to keep their word on offering a discount. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else for your countertop...
Read moreThe story started on July 2023 when I went to buy a bundle Samsung fridge, microwave, stove and dish washer, I expected my delivery to be done before our anniversary because it was my gift to my wife, I expected the delivery to be done after 1 week then it didn’t happen, I was calling to find out what happened with my delivery they said my order was cancelled and no one informed me, I changed the order so I can get it and I expected the delivery to be done on August and guess what , my order was rescheduled to September then to October then November 25, finally Samsung called me to tell me I had to change the model because my model was in back order and I AGREED TO a different model which I didn’t want just to get my delivery on December 2nd and I called 3 days ago to confirm that the order would come on time today , guess what the manager told me 100% would come today, I waited for the delivery and when the driver was about 5 minutes away he called to tell me that he would be here on time but here is the surprise, the driver told me that he didn’t have the fridge with him, so I didn’t believe him and I asked him to confirm he said he didn’t have it, HOME DEPOT MANAGER, said that he had the fridge the driver said he didn’t, Samsung confirmed that the fridge should be delivered WHO SHOULD I BELIEVE!!!!!!!! No fridge after 5 months waiting and 5 times hiring someone to install my appliances and after I already offered my old appliances for donation How can you trust HOME DEPOT AGAIN HOW CAN YOU TRUST SAMSUNG AGAIN that is why I never bough Samsung phone and I would never buy Samsung appliances Just ridiculous company HOME...

We gave them exact measurements and specifications, took photographs of our cabinets and countertops, and asked them specifically to make sure, prior to our purchasing the dishwasher, that they could install it. We were told no problem. They installed the dishwasher and it worked initially. 9 days after installation, the wood screws the installers used to mount our dishwasher came loose, leaving a hole and gash in my cabinetry wall. The unit became crooked so we could not close the door or use the dishwasher. I immediately contacted home depot and was told that because we did not contact them within 48 hours, there was nothing they could do. I explained that the dishwasher was not the problem and that the home depot contractors had improperly installed my unit, leading to damage to my cabinetry and to the unit not working. I was told that even though home depot contractors had caused the problem, that there was nothing they could do. Do not buy appliances from these people. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the sale and then hire unqualified individuals to install your appliance. When it breaks and/or causes damage to your home, that's your lookout. Do not buy anything from this company. They are not trustworthy, and their customer service...
