The attitude of the people who work here definitely leaves something to be desired. They obviously make money off of being an Amazon return location so you would think the customer service would be better. A greeting, a thank you or a good bye, just basic courtesy. I said I need to scan the lable before he takes the package away to input onto our shopify sales, and he tried to take the package away. I had to return at least 20 items back to Amazon individually and it could have easily annoyed someone but Carmelo was so patient and kind - helped me every step of the way and eased my concern to be holding up the line or disrupting other peoples business. 10/10 would recommend this UPS to anyone needs to ship anything.
