I was hungry so I ordered a whole cheese steak hoagie. The cheesesteak I ordered had fried onions and American cheese plus lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and ketchup. The steak itself is very good chopped up nice and well seasoned. The bread was very fresh crispy and crunchy while fluffy inside. The vegetables were very fresh and a good amount. Overall it was a very large The staff is very friendly. And the restaurant was very clean.

I get from Lisas every week or so from pizza to pasta and the food is decent but customer service is lacking a bit, Joe the owner can be at time a douche but he has good days too where he can be kind, same goes for the waitress. Also if it’s a Saturday night add a little time to the time they tell you for pick up. Free bread loaf with all entrees is my favorite thing.

The food is fresh and absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed my meal and so did my friend. I had gluten free pasta with marinara and broccoli raab, my friend had the hot antipasto plate because it is so hard to choose, you just want to try everything. It's family owned and you can see the love and pride that goes into everything they do! We will be back!

OVERALL: Food - pretty good. Owner - not a fan. Recently had a VERY long day at work and was taking the long drive home. Was about 10:10pm. Needed a bite to have while driving. Wanted to be surprised and find a little place on the way and came upon Lisa. Hours on Google said till 10:30pm and the neon "OPEN" sign was still on in the window. Walked in and they were vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen and seemed to be closing up early. Owner came from cleaning in the kitchen and I asked if they were still open. Owner shook his head no but said whatever was left slice-wise I could make a choice. There wasn't much at all but I just needed something to eat. There was one plain slice and I went to choose it but owner said, "That's for somebody else." Ooookay, so I chose a meatball slice and a chicken parm slice and some garlic knots. I named and pointed out the slices I wanted. He proceeded to take 2 different slices and put them in the oven and I said, "No, I'd like the meatball and chicken parm slices, please." He asked, "Oh, not these?" I am a very sanitary conscious person and was not at all pleased by the fact that when he handled slices he straight up just put his bare hands all over the slices after doing God knows what in the kitchen. And then he handled my credit card. Have no idea what else he handled in closing the place before touching my food. I get that they're going into the oven but I would hope there's a little more consideration for your paying customers than that. While they were warming up I asked him if I could use the bathroom. He said somebody was cleaning it. Ironic, since there was a sign that said "Bathroom only for paying customers." Then another employee came out of the kitchen and the owner proceeded to say something in his native language which I guessed was something not favorable about me because after he said it, the other man looked at me. I took my food and left. Pizza was pretty good, garlic knots were actually very tasty but good food does not an unfriendly owner excuse. I would suggest this place actually close when they say they do, or turn off their "OPEN" sign. I would also suggest the owner reconsider how he interacts with paying customers and let them use the bathroom if they ask. I promise him one person using it wouldn't ruin it's cleanliness. But then again, after the way he handled my pizza, was keeping things clean really...

I was with a group of friends on a Friday night. We ordered 3 pizzas and asked if we can go in the dining room since there was no room in the tables in the front. The owner was ok with it but the waitress was not having it. When my friend asked to use the bathroom before we ordered she told him he better be buying something. Once we sat at the table I noticed the pepper was open so i screwed it back, but she then took the pepper and says we need to throw it out and change it because of Covid-19. (wearing no mask) After this happened she would take long stares at us and walk pass out table a countless amount of times. By the way there was only one other table occupied, and she did nothing each time she walked by us. Once the food came out everything was fine until, she held our pizza in her hand and put all the leftover slices on one plate with no gloves. (Talk about Covid) After this we went to the front for the receipt and she told us you better tip. We didn’t feel obligated to tip since all she did was bring out and pizza and didn’t even take our order. We left a tip and she wasn’t satisfied so when we asked for a box she was mad. We left the store and she was just death staring us because of a bad tip. She also cursed under her breath after seeing our tip amount. While we might be kids we know what good service is. I would not recommend...

This place has the must unfriendly staff..since I moved here 4 years ago i live a few blocks from there and have ordered around 3 or 4 times hoping it will be a better experience but unfortunatedly for me it was not..one time i ordered 2 half pizzas one half pineapple and ham the other one meat pizza and they charged me $43...I could not believe my ears but I paid and left the place so angry that i had a stomach ache..another we order over the phone..I wanted a sicilian pie with a lot of toppings on..whicu I was going to pay for but the guy on the phone said no they cant put this they cant put that...so I end up eating something they wanted!!! Today im looking for pizza places cause even if this is two blocks away I will not waste my time calling there to be freaking told what to eat or overpaying for a service they are not offering...sorry but there are other options...
