First time going to this AT&T location was last week. As I walked in, the employee greeted me with a smile and a “hello welcome, I’ll be right with you”. Talk about kindness! The employee’s name is Ron. Nice guy who is incredibly knowledgeable.
A friend of mine (who was family too) used to work at the Old Saybrook store. She has since moved on. Not gonna lie, I’m happy that my friend had the opportunity to work at this location.
My soon to be previous cell phone service provider (or as I would say, ATT’a rival) charged me astronomically. Mind you I’m on fixed income. The split payment arrangements were alright, but came with a $7 late fee. Talk about a company that doesn’t seem to care about their customers- as they’re just another number to them. I’ve been into their stores and have talked on the phone with their customer service team. Each phone call to their customer service department was indeed a nightmare!
This week, I’ll be heading back to AT&T, where I’ll be on a plan that tailors to my needs perfectly. I won’t have to worry or stress over an astronomical bill or deal with unruly, disrespectful customer service representatives anymore!
AT&T Old Saybrook, I’m so glad you exist! Your employees are all truly remarkable.

My salesman Mathew was helpful in making my decision, but I think he was not being completely truthful in regards when I would be actually receiving my new phone. Mathew told me that he would be able to get my phone within a week. After I placed my order, he told me that it would be delivered to my home by the 29th. I then asked if he meant by the end of the week meaning Oct 29 and he replied yes. Mathew even stated that if I had ordered it in a different color, it would take longer. When I told him that when I went to order online, I was told, that the earliest it would be delivered wouldn’t be until the end of the November, again Mathew seem to indicate that by my ordering it in the store, it would be quicker. I just feel that Mathew was telling me what I wanted to hear just to make the sale, because when I received my confirmation about my order I was told that my new phone won’t be delivered until the end of November, not Oct 29 as Mathew seem to indicate. She was def overstretched.( At one point While I was there she asked me to step outside so she could lock the doors to use restroom.) After a time outside she let me back in. finishing the upgraded my phone, installed screen protector and case. She tried to transfer my data that took 35 min. She was also busy with others that came in so asked to finish at home and if I had problems to return tomorrow. I left and tried the transfer again didn't work. I realized she never installed new Sim card. removed access from my old phone so I had no working phone. returned the ne t day 2 managers inside , Brandy and Brandon.
