I had an appointment on January 13th, 2025 for the dentist with a letter from my OBGYN that I was able to be seen I was around 26-27 weeks pregnant. I was having pain issue with my top right tooth which by the feeling i explained to your receptionist I could tell it was a cavity starting. They refused to see me because I couldn’t have an xray done. So they schedule me for after birth April 22! Now I’m 35 weeks suffering from pain the whole has gotten bigger I can actually see it. I’m having serve headache and not being able to sleep from the pain probably because I know may have an infection! I can’t even drink anything cold or even warm temperature water without it hurting. It is 2:54am Wednesday February 19, 2025 and I’m am writing this compliant because I am currently in pain I can’t even sleep. I am upset because I addressed the issue and all the receptionist could say is sorry he can’t see you without an xray! What about the cavity what if it’s infected and can cause bacterial infection to my unborn child? Not only that the services with my OBGYN as well has been unpleasant never know what certain things especially when it came to my lab work they have to google it to give you some type of information. I don’t recommend if your pregnant...
Read moreI will start with my primary Dr he’s great and listens to me and doesn’t agree with all my decisions. I prefer to use natural remedies when possible. Three examples why it’s not 5 star There are so many things wrong with TFHC itself. Who has ever heard of a Dr office that can’t send and receive forms to/from other facilities like specialists. They wanted me to drive 45 min one way to have form filled and then have to do it again once it was filled out. That was better method than fax or email. Huh?? The pharmacy doesn’t return phone calls. Doesn’t fill rx in a timely manner. Good example my specialist sent a rx to them i went the next day to get it I was told I had to wait for it because others were waiting. They have been waiting since before 2 pm the day before I asked. I just got dirty look. FYI there was no one else in line just people standing around waiting to pick up their rx. I needed a referral the person handling them wouldn’t look for someone closer than one that’s in one of their facilities which was no where near where I lived. Her excuse that’s the only with TFHC. I chose not to see that type...
Read moreWe visited this office several times for our newborn vaccines and checkups. Over the course of several months we experienced long wait times at the office in excess of an hour and sometimes two hours just to be seen (which is inconvenient with a newborn). We also experienced the office admin (and manager) behind the desk arguing with my wife and I for an hour about how we owed a payment before being seen by the doctor, (which resulted in a more senior manager finding out that we actually did not owe anything and how we were due a refund for previous visits because they had been coding the visits incorrectly and it was not being bill through our insurance. The last straw is that we have relocated out of state with work and they have spent weeks attempting to fax and transfer over our child's medical records to his new pediatrician and continue giving us the run around. Because of this our child is now past due for his follow up appointment and he has been having a cough/cold and we cannot be seen without his medical history in which this office has been very lackadaisical with the transfer we...
