I go here usually once or twice a week. Service is pretty decent but today it was awful. Ordered a double smoked bacon, egg and cheddar with a white chocolate mocha. I received a bacon and gouda with a mocha. This is the second time in a month that I get a mocha when I order a white chocolate mocha. This time I called and spoke to the manager who became a bit defensive. He did offer to remake the drink but that doesn't help me when I am already late for work after waiting in a long drive thru line. His answer was 'Mistakes happen and it is my responsibility to test the drink before I leave'. I believe it is your responsibility to read me the drink before you hand it to me.
