I walked into the store for a pick up order the girl at the register was really nice, I than saw a sign about ballon’s so I asked her do you guys fill ballon’s here and she said yes. I proceeded to tell her I will be back since I had a ballon that I needed to fill up for a gender reveal. When I came back into the store she said it’s for a large ballon and I said that fine. Than another associate walked up to register and said you need to charge her for a large and I said it’s ok I just want the ballon filled. Emi was the associate she said with an attitude when are you planing on picking up ballon i said well now and she reply not friendly at all some people come back in a week, I said to her I did not even know you guys filled ballon’s here at all. She than asked for help in filling up the ballon and she said this ballon is so big they should charge more my fingers are hurting now am going to need help tightening the ballon. This is my first time walking into Michael and finding such a rude and not positive attitude towards customer it makes me not want to come back if I see her there.    Read moreI visited the store to buy some shirts I went through the Cricut machines clearance session and there were some knives on sale for the machine and some pieces of wood to make designs when I went to pay at the checkout they told me it had a different price I went back to the store Where I picked it up I confronted the manager and it had a marked price of $7. She told me that it was a mistake that it was worth more money and that if I wanted it I had to pay the price that it was. I told her that I wanted the price that was marked at $7. She told me no, I had to pay what it was because someone put it there wrongly, I answered that it was marked at $7 and that if an employee of hers marked it wrongly, it was not my problem, I wanted it for that price, she told me that It was a mistake and it couldn't be done, so when you visit the store, be careful not to have a bad time wanting to buy something at a price that is on sale and when you go to pay, you are surprised that it is at a regular price.    Read moreHave lots of things. I could spend a lot of $ and time at this store. I always go to the cashier when I get inside and ask if they even have what I'm looking for to save time. If they don't know they get help from their co-workers. I've never had bad service. I'm treated with respect every time I've been to this store. Keep it up. And it's clean cludder free so you can push a cart without a problem. And it always smells so good/clean. They not always have what I am looking for,but it's always my first stop and they usually can order it for you if they don't have it or are out of it. If they do sell what your looking for or will tell me where I might be able to find it. Keep up the great cashiers. I love how they ( co-workers ) work together as a team.
