Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Florida

This place continues to disappoint. I haven't been here for almost a year. The last time, there were 16-18 yr olds running the place, using the same gloves to clean and serve food. The manager/owner (not sure which) claimed he was going to make sure they were trained correctly and the everything would be more professional. Well, it doesn't seem to have changed much. I went in yesterday and the cashier Robaina was very nice and took the order correctly. When I placed my order, they put down some fresh fries. However, when I got my order I decided to check as the fresh fries were still cooking. First, the girl who cooked my sandwich used her hand to throw fries in the container not the scooper. There was a total of 7 fries that were barely warm with my sandwich. I was given fresh fries when I asked and there were placed in the proper to-go container. While the situation is frustrating, I don't blame the young workers. I place total blame on an owner and management who just don't care to correctly train their employees. I was excited when this location opened as I do enjoy Charley's. However, it seems I'll have to go to Citrus Park mall or the one in Wal-mart on...

Ordered a large cheese steak no lettuce and a large order of fries. Was given the order and didn't see fries, ask it the fries were in the box with the sandwich and the guy said yes. Got home and opened the box. To find lettuce all over the sandwich and no French fries. Tried to call multiple times and the phone number is out of order. Drove 20 minutes all the way back over there and told them what happened, didn't have my receipt because I left everything at home in a hurry and hungry and it was a struggle just to get them to give me the fries. Got a cold order of fries and had to go home and eat a sandwich that was cold by the time I got back with lettuce all over it that I ask them not to put on. The bread was good though. Any decent sandwich shop would have immediately said they were sorry, fixed the problem and offer a fresh sandwich knowing I was going home to eat an old cold one but the people there could barely be bothered to do the minimum to correct...

My first visit to Charley's Cheesesteak with my mom was a delightful experience. I ordered the classic Philly Cheesesteak, while my mom tried the Chicken Philly. We were both pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes – they definitely don't skimp on the ingredients.

The Philly Cheesesteak was a meaty masterpiece, with tender ribeye steak and gooey cheese that satisfied my taste buds. My mom's Chicken Philly was equally delicious, with flavorful chicken and all the classic Philly toppings.

What made our visit even better was the friendly staff. They were welcoming and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
