Do not go to this Target. The sales associates are rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, and unhelpful, clearly unhappy with their job. Furthermore, Target brands return policy is 365 days with receipt however, this location went in they will not return. They made up own policy and printed up a paper without a date nor the superior whom came up with revised policy on Cat & Jack return policy. I went in store today front desk associate both stated they changed policy with that store only will not accept the return even with receipt. Both stated it was changed months ago however, 2 days ago it was accepted by another team member with no problems. Chelsea was whom assisted me and another team member was next to her to vouch for it a big chunky young guy then here comes another associate running behind them to place the piece of paper in front of me with the new policy for this store. Corporate will be in contact with all evidence it was recorded. I would suggest going to another location as I took my items to another store returned without any issues nor were they aware of new policy since this store all the members whom assisted me today state it is statewide policy change. It’s always an issue a few times at the self checkout lane the associate would be in rush to clock out would interrupt with my checkout stated she was just helping I didn’t need her help with bagging I asked her nicely to not do it and seconds later was again in my space taking my items bagging them any type of way placing heavy items on top of eggs I told her again not to help also she needs retraining who places heavy items on top of eggs which her rushing careless tactic crushed 4 eggs when I got to my car checked these eggs are expensive the organic Vital Farms eggs are over $10 had an attitude walked away to gossip again with coworker as 2 minutes prior she was gossiping and complaining with another employee saying customers need to hurry up and leave so she can get out she had plans with friends. Another time employee was all in my personal space even after I asked her to keep distance since she was literally 3-4 inches away from my face as I was checking out my items wouldn’t give me personal space and rudely taking items out my hand to scan herself which I didn’t need her help I like to scan all my items and place items a certain way in my bag so it would be easier for me to put away when I get home plus frozen items shouldn’t be with other household items especially cleaning products and she didn’t care just rude as the other employees at this location. Read moreI drove 45 minutes to this Target because we felt like they had a large selection only to be racially profiled. I myself on Nov 19th purchased over a 100 in toys for my grandsons for Christmas. Now they have a special if you spend over 100 you get a 20 gift card. So I proceeded to guest services where I presented my receipt and was given a 20 gift card and was told they would honor the price match once. I then accompanied by my biracial daughter who was already in the store shopping told her about the special with the app and that she should take her receipt to the service desk as well as she had shopped the same day as I had and spent 400. Well guess what at the customer service desk she was treated terrible by the cashier and denied the gift card. She then got on a speaker and asked a manager and rudely said she wants a gift card and it’s been way over 30 days. Which it was not. Of course the manager denied and agreed with cashier. We asked to speak to manager in person. I even explained that I had just done the same thing 20 mins ago and was treated nicely so why is my daughter not being treated the same. I then asked if we have the toys in car could we return them and rebuy she told us no they would have to be returned to sales floor and then we could go shop and rebuy. I asked several times for her managers name and was ignored. . At this point we were embarrassed and just decided to pay for our things and leave. Read moreI usually never do google reviews but this really annoyed me and felt like I had too. I recently moved to this area and googled the nearest Target and noticed they were closing soon! I needed a baby blanket for my baby that he had left behind at the sitters that day. Mind you I don’t get off work until 8:30pm by the time I pick him up and drive across town to go home it’s a bit after 9pm. I rushed to target to buy him a replacement for that night and was in and by the checkout no more then 5 min. I went to self checkout and I was trying to pay Apple Pay but I couldn’t get the monitor to work! I asked the young lady Amanda that was standing there watching if they had Apple Pay?! She said yes… mind you not once bothered to help and check what I was doing wrong…all systems are different!!! So I tried again and nothing…. The 2 young ladies that were next to me paying as well step in and helped and told me to hit the pay button and left!! I looked at the employee in desperate need of help and told her I was having issues, she stood there and looked at me…. Again not once did she moved or even opened her mouth to hep!! Finally I got it to work and got my receipt and left. I was really frustrated because it’s bad enough you can’t find good customer service these … that’s what you’re there for!! Me being in retail and a manager I expect my staff to give 100% customers service and go above and beyond for our customers.
