Anytime Fitness — Local services in Omaha

Absolutely terrible staff. My wife started personal fitness training while I was deployed, after two trainers quit she was left with the sleaziest trainer. After complaining about uncomfortable behaviors the staff did nothing but promised a female trainer would come in. This trainer then lied to the manager stating my wife didn't want the new trainer and wanted to stay with him. It wasn't until she complained that it seemed like he was filming her and taking pictures (phone pointed directly at her, following her movements) that they moved her to the new trainer. He still works there. My wife said she wanted to leave the gym but they kept telling her (for months) that she was still in contract. After we finally found out that literally everyone was lying to her, we got out of the contract only to find they still tried to charge us for more sessions. The store owner then called us to let us know how wrong we were to be upset by all these actions....

This is a very clean and well run facility. The equipment is well maintained and the owners are quick to respond to feedback. The treadmills (my primary focus) are Life Fitness, which suits the needs of most people. I would like to see a more runners-oriented treadmill that allows for longer runs, declines, & 15mph for speed work. My wife likes to occasionally use the complimentary tanning bed, which is a nice little perk for her.

Other members are approachable and the contracted trainers seem like they have established a decent customer base. All-in-all, this is a great gym to join if the location is convenient, like 24-hr access, & are interested in a smaller gym without all the...

I've been coming here for over a year now. Fantastic facility. Has everything someone needs for strength training. Very chill place, great staff, everyone's respectful of each other. Very rare that something you want to use isn't available.

So as a gym, a solid 5/5. I've loved my time here. But here's the 'AND', and this is a big.

AND, this gym is SAFE. I have lost my phone and a gold ring at this gym. BOTH TIMES the items were turned in by random patrons. The fact that I know that I can lose something here, even something important/expensive, and it won't disappear, means a LOT to me.
