EDIT: I am now giving a 1 star due to the piss poor response of "Thanks April" below. I requested someone to reach out and no one has. Instead I get a "thanks". Now you know no one really reads these. I have also emailed and still have no response. Once you buy from them and furniture is delivered, they are done. Don't care how things are going. Again, would really appreciate a manager to reach out to discuss.
*I have always liked the store however recently the customer service has been less than satisfying. My delivery was 6 hours late. That really messes up someone's day. Then during the delivery they discovered both pieces were not functioning properly. Scratches on the wood, lights don't work, doors are misaligned and don't shut properly. Then it was 3 weeks to get a technichian. Day of he/she was to arrive between 8-10am. I get a call at 918am stating he/she is no longer coming and we have to reschedule. I spent all morning moving things so they could work. I am not available weekdays because I work like most people. So on 10/7 I now have to wait until 11/18! At this point I would prefer them take the furniture back and give me new furniture that actually works, is not broken, and is not damaged! Delivery crew showed up with both orders on truck. Two items were broken. One couch was stained in two different spots. One delivery guy said heād document the broken items and Iād hear back from customer care. Delivery crew left behind several pieces of styrofoam. Guy just said sorry. Not sure what white glove delivery means if thereās trash and styrofoam left behind. I will say they did help with breaking down old furniture to be moved. Next day received no follow up on broken items. There was no documentation of stained couch which guy assured me he would take care of. I followed up myself and was connected to customer care who was helpful, I believe Haley was her name. One of broken coffee tables was entered wrong to be replaced. That was fixed. It felt very nice to not feel pressured or hurried .. he came over a few minutes later asked how it was going.. I explained what I was looking for..he took me andy brother to the recliners.. he helped me to find what I needed.. he was very nice and cared that I was happy with the purchase.. he even was able to give me a 10% discount on a already discounted price!! That made my day!!
