Just so YOU know... To-go experiences are nice because you're eating in the privacy of your own home, without the hassle of a crowd. That shared, you WILL be taking a hit on food quality. If you think about it, if it takes you 15-minutes to take your food home. That's lost time in quality and freshness. That said... Buffalo Wild Wings to-go is NOT recommended. You can go to Kwik Trip, their boneless wings are going to be a better offering (and fresher). Even if you plan for a dine-in experience, it's serviceable. Here's my issue with the to-go service. If you have a large order, you may not know that your order is in multiple bags. It's not because the server is in a hurry to get you out the door. It's because YOU have to walk your own merry way to the to-go order pick rack, past a crowd waiting to be seated. Then you have to look for your order, in a dim lit area. If your order is in multiple bags, you won't know until you get home. It's written at the VERY bottom of your receipt that you have two bags. Spending another 15 minutes going back to BDubs, look for your UNMARKED 2nd bag. Hopefully, scoring what is assumed to be your own order. The to-go order system is less than serviceable or ideal. You still have to walk to the rack, in a high traffic area for the servers. Even if everything was properly labeled and lit, those precious 15 minutes of freshness time is lost. Impacting the quality of your food. You can get better boneless wings at Kwik Trip. If you have a hankering for bone-in wings, you can do better in the area. To-go rating: 2 out of 5 (It'd still be 2 out of 5 stars without a labeling issue) Dine-in rating: 3 out of 5

*(Update): Watched the Packers game solo here last night. Great vibe, great wings, great beer, great service and conversation from the bartender (Ray, I believe, a UW-L junior from Green Bay). Not too busy, cool, and low-key. What else do ya want? ***I read about ten of the negative reviews and my daughter and I tried it anyways because the Bucks game was on last night and we were both craving wings. All I can say is the food was great 👍, the waitress was amazing, the atmosphere, while not too busy, was pleasant and welcoming. I don't know...we loved it. I've been to the one in Madison, the one in Monona, and the one in Verona countless times, and this restaurant was every bit as delightful as any of those...only less crowded. Bummer! (sarcasm.) and We started out with two appetizers. The first was a queso sauce which we added the three add-ons to...guacamole, wild sauce, and something else I can't remember. Yum. And the other app was the onion rings, served with a side of onion 🧅 ring sauce. You can tell sauce is their specialty here, because the queso sauce and onion rings sauce were primo delicioso. Bree got the boneless wings with medium sauce, and I got 15 wings with the Buffalo sauce. They tasted awesome. Just the right amount of crunch and juiciness, the tang of the sauce was palpable, and I easily ate em all... even if it was pushing me a bit past my limit. The Bucks beat OKC in overtime with Giannis, Jrue, and Khris on the bench...and of course the Thunder is a young team, but hey...what a historic opening for our Milwaukee team. And we got wings, man...we got Wings!!!

This is a fantastic, well managed location. I’ve been to many Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants all over the country and this is one of the best I’ve ever been to the service is fast, friendly and attentive, staff is awesome, the atmosphere is great and the food is always perfectly prepared, served fresh and hot. I travel weekly for work and this is the best location I’ve ever been to. The bartender Addysen is easily the hardest working staff member I’ve ever seen at ANY location in years. The bar was packed and she worked tirelessly alone making drinks, serving bar customers food and pouring beers for the entire bar area while I watched the football game. All this while, she kept the bar area immaculately clean, continuously attended to customers and kept a great attitude, smiling the entire time. Parking is easy, plenty of spaces available, bathrooms are clean and prices are reasonable. Beers are cold and there’s never a long wait time. All in all, this is a fantastic location and highly recommended. I will always choose this spot for wings, watching sports or just hanging out with the crew for happy hour.

I came in to watch game 7 of denver vs wolves. The food was good and the service was good at first. When I went to pay for the bill, I saw some things on the bill that made me question what was added on. Then when we talked it over and I realized that they were deleted from my bill after they were added on, the bartender treated me like I was cheap or as if I wanted to get a free meal and drinks. My bill came up to 44 dollors and something in change. But I still paid with tip, $80. I told the bartender that I wasnt trying to cheat my bill I just wanted her to get a good tip, and not over pay for things I didn't order. It was my friends birthday and the excluded 2 birthday shots from the bill and I was greatful. I told them I'd pay for them, but they humbly declined. What I'm trying to say is, I'll pay for my bill and tip well too. I paid $80 for a $44 bill. Which I believe is a good tip. But then afterwards, the bartender wouldnt even look me in the eye, after I said I'm not trying to cheat bdubs out of money im just trying to give you the best tip I can and pay for what I actually ordered. Maybe the staff had a long day, but not hearing me out made me feel a certian way, It made me feel cheap or as if it was the color of my skin since I'm asian. I don't know... I don't know. Color shouldn't be an issue and justifying a bill shouldnt be an issue also, especially straightening out what was ordered on a bill. And yes I paid in cash while I was in the middle of trying to reason with them. Still they didn't want to look me in the eye as if I was doing them dirty. If you don't believe me watch the camera video. THE THING IS. I DON'T WANT FREE THINGS, I JUST WANT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY, I DONT WANT FREE FOOD. I DONT WANT TO BE COMPENSATED NEXT TIME TOO, I JUST WANT TO BE UNDERSTOOD AND TREATED FIARLY. I don't want the staff to get in trouble or fired/ teminated. Maybe, they had a long day I don't know. All I know is I'm asian and l felt like they treated me like some cheap second rate ameican citizen or like some scum bag trying to to get a free meal. I'm sorry for the review, I feel what I feel. I'm sorry. This is the first time ever being treated this way at bduds. I'm not sure I'll come around or recommend bdubs to anyone ever again. It use to be my favorite place to go out and watch a game and eat. I could use way worse words but that's not what I'm going for. TREAT PEOPLE LIKE...

Our group came in on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at about 10:15-10:30pm. The restaurant had very few people dining at that time. The service was very slow, taking 45 minutes to get our food and then it was cold. We had had a very long day of traveling nearly 5 hours, sitting at a competition all day/evening and we were tired and starving. Those in the group who's food was cold did not say anything as they did not wish to wait another 45 minutes to have it replaced. Our server (Sarah I think?) returned several minutes after our orders arrived and only asked if we had everything we needed. Not at any point did she ask if our food was satisfactory. She did not return again until last call, at which time she informed us "I'm sure you won't want anything, but it's last call for alcohol." Really??? That's how you train your staff? When she came to collect plates etc she asked one person "Was this not good or what?" He told her it was not and that it had arrived cold. The food and service were both very sub-par and disappointing for this particular chain. And is it not customary to tip based upon the level of customer service received by the wait staff? The service we received was poor and therefore the gratuity left was minimal by some and none by others. As we were walking out the door, "Sarah" yelled across the room at us as she was reviewing her tips "Hey you guys! If there was something wrong with your food you should have just told me instead of not tipping me!" The night manager was right there and opted not to say one word to anyone as we exited. I was stunned that a server would respond in such a deplorable manner and for management to not approach us to inquire about the situation was equally astonishing. I am employed in the hospitality industry at a corporate level. I take great pride in recruiting and hiring talent that best exemplifies our company's culture. It is not an easy task for entry level positions, however, providing great training to those newly hired (and refreshers for seasoned staff) will not only help them succeed individually, but also shed a positive light on your restaurant and company so as to avoid reviews such...

I arrived with a friend Thursday night right at the tail end of the Packer game. The restaurant was not busy, maybe a handful of tables. We were seated by a friendly host and received Karissa as our server. We noticed her name tag said she was some sort of leader, so we were expecting good service, however we received the opposite. I personally have been a server/bartender and know that sometimes servers have off days, and that after a rush...you just want to go home. However that is no excuse to make your table feel unwelcome. We were obviously the only table in her section however, we didnt choose to sit there. The host chose that table for us. We ordered our drinks and wings through her and she did promptly bring us our drinks and food. However, being that we ordered hot wings....youd think she would have kept a better eye on our drinks. My friends empty Bud Light bottle sat at the end of the table for 10 minutes. We finally saw her and flagged her down to bring a drink. About 5 minutes later she returned with a bud light....and our bills. I went to tell her that I would like another mojito, but she placed the bills down and walked away. She had zero emotion and obviously just wanted to go home. I still had almost all of my food in front of me that I was obviously still working on and she asked if we needed boxes. Our intention was to stay and have a few more drinks but because this server made us feel as though our service was unwanted, we paid and left. We ended up going to a neighboring late night restaurant afterwards and had our drinks there instead. So your establishment missed out on sales and your competition received them instead. Thankfully our food was good. Kudos to the cooks because...
