We've been with US Cellular probably around 10 years. We've had Verizon and at &t and the cheap knock off like straight talk, etc, NONE of them compare to US CELLULAR!! There are very few places that we have limited services but those are also places we don't visit often, we never have dropped calls. We went in to upgrade our phones and Alyssia hooked us up, she also noticed that the plan we were on was now a retired plan, so she found us an updated plan, unlimited talk, text and data, 4 lines which includes 2 new iPhone 15 pro plus and 2 iPhone 15's, the ultimate insurance on all 4 phones because I learned the hard way about having to replace a screen and the cost of it :( . All this for UNDER $300 a month. Yes I know that some may have seen commercials for other providers that show they have it so much cheaper,, that is until you start adding the things you need, plus your phones then it goes up drastically. Trust me when I say, US CELLULAR is the way to go. Alyssia did an amazing job setting us up, all the while she was teaching/training a new employee, Sarah, who was also wonderful to work with, she helped transfer EVERYTHING from our old iPhone to our new ones (even though we KEPT our new phones, didn't need trade ins). They close at 7pm but e ended up being there until around 8p getting everything completed, these ladies didn't mind one bit even though we offered to come back the next day if needed. Two of our phones were eligible for a promotion that gave $200 each phone for accessories, we did have a glitch where we didn't receive the text to download the card, but again, they were GEEAT. We dropped back by the store, where Tana updated us on what the issue was, why the link hadn't came through, then between her and Alyssia, they didn't quit asking questions of their superiors until they had the issue resolved, and we were able to use both cards to purchase all accessories needed for all 4 phones which included 4 cases, 4 charging cords (each being 6ft long), and liquid glass screen protectors. I'm telling ya, you CANNOT beat the deals OR the SERVICE that Alyssia, Tana and Sarah provide in this store!! Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars.... This store is the worse one ever. Every time I have went in here, it seems like don't have any information on the questions I'm asking. They always tell me I'll need to contact customer service. I upgraded a device rectenly and they failed to inform me that my data usage would go way up due to the new device using more even though I still do the same things with the phone as I did with my old one. The device protection was almost doubled compared to what it should have been. They should not be in business if they can't tell their customers any information that is going to cause such a headache and most importantly going to cause such an increase...

The entire time we had Verizon & at&t, we had poor service, dropped calls and too many areas without service. We’ve been with US Cellular 10 years and don’t regret it at all. Areas of “no service” are FEW and FAR between.
