I have bought a chair from this company. It came in broken. (which I thought it was the wheel) First it was missing a wheel(which is understandable) which they told me they would call me if they found it, but they never called me about it, so therefore; i had to call and ask about the wheel to see if they found it. They did so I finally got it from them. I put it on and still the chair was broken. I told them about it and showed them pictures of it, so they ordered a peice to come in for the chair that they thought it was. They said they would call me to let me know when the part was going to be there, but they never called me about it and i had to call about it to see if it came in. So i look at the chair with the part they ordered. I didn't want to try to fix it and break it more and get the blame for it. So they called an outside repair guy come out yo fix it. They repair man came out and look at the chair and tried to fix and and told me that the chair is unfixable. He told me that he was filing a report about the chair that day. He told me to call farmers Friday about the chair and see what the next step is. I go Friday to go pay my chair and tell them the guy said that it wasn't fixable, so they looked up the file and said they didn't have the file. They said they would call me back when they get the file. I texted the company that came out that tried to fix my chair and they said they filed it. So I texted the number that has been working with me on this chair at farmers, it has been several days with no response. NOTE: I have been paying on this chair for 6 or 7 months now. I have yet been able to sit in this chair. THIS ISNT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS RAN HERE. I recommend something else. I can't wait to have this chair fixed and paided off so I can take my money elsewhere. This...

Farmers Home is an incredible furniture store. I do not believe I've lived in a town or city where I've seen this store. This furniture store carries top quality, well-known brands.

What actually makes Farmers Home Furniture, located in Oneonta, Alabama, so special, other than the excellent product, is what I saw when closing a deal there recently. The manager of the store and his staff actually appeared to enjoy being there, working there, and there was certainly mutual respect exhibited.

I bought a living room suit from them in 2021 and 2 months into having it the stitching was coming loose and the repair guy came out and tried to repair it and had to order a new cushion. It took 7 months to get the cushion. I had no problem waiting that long. I have made numerous calls to try and get my cushion repaired and here it is fixing to be 2024 still not repaired..I would never recommend this place to buy...
