AT&T Store — Local services in Oneonta

I went in to this store today to look for a phone case that provider has been out of the past month !! This nice guy named Mario helped and guess what he multiple cases for my phone!! He was so helpful and polite . So I waited for his manager and set down. I watched him clean everything in that store with this covid pandemic going that means the world to me. I work in the food industry and I wish I had employee like him !!! While waiting on the manager i watched her helping a senior with her phone and OMG she was so nice and explained everything so she could understand her new iphone . She treated that lady like it wad her mother/ grandmother. Which means a lot to me as a human being !!!! Im going to swap my carries now when I get a chance . Just a amazing place !!!!! Highly...

Nice people to deal with and great internet but they honestly don't care about how fast they want to give you internet I had to wait at least 5 months bc the tech person didn't wanna come and had so much trouble getting one to come and no one could help and second if the internet has a problem your gonna have to wait more than a week for a tech. And recently a tech was working on a line for two days in a row and everything they did our internet would go off and back on everything he was working and it didn't turn on and they want me to wait a week for a tech to come and I don't trust they are gonna come on...

I went in with several reasons because my bill is incorrect but I went ahead and paid 200 on my bill just so my phone wouldn’t get shut off again unnecessarily because they did it last month and nobody seems to care and I know they wanted to charge me $40 this month for it when it wasn’t my fault it was turned off last time and when I asked three months ago about why I am still paying for two phones when I got the buy one get one free promotion they said they just act like I wasn’t but after looking on my bill it shows...
