Copperhead Salon was great the first time. My second appointment that I had to wait two weeks for I just wanted the same service and when I got there she told me I couldn’t get it that I could only get a haircut. I was shocked. The third appointment I had to wait two weeks for she did it again she said she don’t have time to give me a hair treatment she can on only do the cut and color but not the treatment. The treatment is only a conditioner for split ends. How are you to wait for that appointment… But what am I gonna do so I agreed. When I left there wasn’t what I got the first time. But I said to myself maybe you’re just not used to it you’ll get used to it. After washing my hair my hair was so brassy I look like I put a copper penny on top of my head. When I called them it took them 2 to 3 days to reply back. And then she said she call me back I’m going on two weeks and I still haven’t got a callback my patience has been running very thin because the holidays are here and they won’t return my call or fix my hair. Only about five or six stripes. For $240 I want to look good. And that was my awful experience. The first time I paid 250 and I got everything I needed $200 service and $50tip. the second time I did not get everything I needed and she still charge me close to $100 What’s tip for just a haircut and blow dry style. The third time I was charged $200 again and I gave her a $40 tip. I did not get split end treatment this time and was charge like the first time. This is my first review I’ve ever written and I really feel like this was not professional and I wouldn’t recommend this...
Read moreMy 5 week update: I originally wrote the review below on 2/21/2022 and wanted to update it. It has now been a while since my haircut and it still looks great, no weird, awkward spots (you know, the kind you sometimes discover shortly after getting a cut). I think I will get a few more weeks out of it before I have to go in for a trim. Original review: Copperhead was recommended to me by a friend. My experience there was just as she described it would be - professional, personable, cool laidback vibe, cute decor. Crystal welcomed me warmly and took time to look at photos I had brought of potential haircuts. She specifically asked me exactly what I liked about each one, paying close attention so she’d know the cut I was ultimately aiming for today, and down the road. Crystal did an excellent job maintaining as much of my length as possible, while shaping up my slowly growing out pixie cut. She wasn’t at all scissor happy, which I appreciated because this grow-out has been TURTLE SLOW! I highly recommend Crystal Lee if you are looking for a new stylist who will really listen and do her best to give you...
Read moreTruly the worst experience of my life. I brought in a photo of a hair color that I wanted which was no more than a shade lighter than my natural hair color (which is very dark brown). I walked out with bleached blonde, patchy hair. I told the owner and the stylist that it looked awful, wasn’t at all what I asked for, and was essentially told that it was MY fault. Came back for a toner later that evening, washed my hair two days later and it went back to the horrible brassy blonde. When I tried calling back (during business hours) my call was repeatedly ignored. Do NOT trust the stylists here. The whole operation is a...
