WORST EXPERIENCE IN SO MANY DIFFERENT ASPECTS AFTER JUST GOING THERE A FEW DAYS. So many other daycares in the area. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

1- DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR: this daycare consists of indoor and outdoor play time, as I was given the info when I first took a tour. . My little dog was there a few times and never got to play in the little dog outdoor play yard because they still had “construction” going on. This was over a week.. I addressed this to them because if you over a service that includes outside play yard time and that play yard can’t be used then I expect that the dogs are taken to another of the 8! Play yards… but no instead they just never got to run and play outside in the play yard at all. So I’m paying full price for a service but only getting half the service. If you can’t open the play yard and can’t put them in another play yard then don’t charge full price or better yet if the facility isn’t done yet don’t open.

2- WORST COMMUNICATION: A-PHONE: out of the few times I called (which at first is a automated service) after listening to all the options and then selecting that need to talk to someone it says no one is available … please leave a message.. so I did but no call back. People have their babies here , if you are going to make them go to a timely automated phone recording then atleast have someone available to answer the phone. B-E-MAIL: don’t bother writing them a e-mail… they just simply never reply.

3- NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL / NOT TRUSTWORTHY / RUDE / ATTACKING CUSTOMER FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE: After my dogs being there a few days I received a call from manager saying that they just found out one of my dogs was not neutered and that I even put on my online profile that he WAS neutered. Basically attacking me saying that I lied and put false Information in about my dog. And that from now on he will need to go to individual daycare. FIRST of all, get your information correct before you come at me… the day I created my profile and added my dogs I put neutered for one and not neutered or as they call it “unaltered” for the other. I did this days before they even came there for the first time. Then a day before my first reservation I e-mailed them with a few questions , one of them being in regards to one of my dogs not being neutered. To which also I NEVER even got a reply. Ever. SO, I informed them 2 times and in 2 different ways that one of my dogs was not neutered so sorry you missed that but that’s on you and not on me by even 1%.

ALSO- think about how mad someone else who has their dog in there would be if they found out there was a non neutered male playing with all the other dogs.., that’s something they are suppose to make sure to check and attend to but obviously their lack of attention to detail made them completely miss that…

4- OUTRAGEOUS PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET FOR INDIVIDUAL DAY CARE: Then they said individual play someone getting my dog out TWICE a day! And that’s $40!!! So I’m paying $40 for someone to give attention to my dog just twice in the day!??? Oh and a normal boarding indoor sweet is $38 a day and that also includes them being taken out just twice a day but it also includes overnight stay…. So individual day care is more than a night of boarding which both including taking the dog out twice. That’s a JOKE!!!

SO MANY MORE DAYCARES IN THE AREA… go to a different...

We have used Pet Paradise several times for boarding as well as daycare and have been pleased until today. We dropped Piper off Wednesday morning before taking a mini vacation in South Carolina, We received a call about an hour and a half later that while playing she had been bitten by another dog. They told me that they were taking her to the vet and would keep me updated, they called to report that she did not need stitches and that they put her on an antibiotic and cleaned her up. She did not require stitches, I received a call the next day saying that she was doing well, though there was still a little bit of oozing from the site. She was unable to play with the other dogs for the rest of the time, and when we picked her up today, I was absolutely shocked by her appearance when they handed her to us. After being charged the full rate, they bring my dog out that looks like she has been sitting/laying in her own urine for several days. When we put her in the car, the entire car smelled like urine. I am mortified to think that my dog who had been bitten by another dog was laying in urine/dirty water and basically handed her to me like she were perfectly great. I would’ve been absolutely embarrassed to bring a dog out to their owner looking like this. We will never be back...

Was disappointed at first because we were traveling from 7 hours out of town to bring our dog here and they called us the morning we were to leave to inform us that we were missing a required vaccination when they had our list for almost a month prior. We had to cancel our dinner plans for that night so that we could rush to our vet before leaving to get the vaccination and then we weren't even able to get there before they closed, reducing our stay by a night and forcing us to find alternate accommodations. But after bringing our dog there the morning after we found them to be very accommodating and friendly. They did a temperament test with our dog because we weren't sure how she would react to being with all the other dogs. Within 10 minutes of leaving they had her out with all the others playing and having fun. Being able to watch play time live on camera was a lot of fun and we found ourselves checking in constantly to watch the dog having the time of her life. We are so glad we did it and wish we had a place like this where we live. Just wish they would have given us more warning about the...
