Smoothie King — Restaurant in Collegedale

I like this place, and the guy who is serving is very nice. But that's just it. There is only one guy here behind the counter, and there are twelve people and counting. There is a problem with management if they are scheduling one person to man the whole place during rush hour. Granted, it's a small place, but it's becoming crowded. I am late for a meeting now, because it has taken almost 30 minutes for me to get a smoothie. I've come in here before wondering if the person behind the counter was the only one there. This is not only inconvenient for me, but it's unsafe for the employee to be by themselves. Management...

This is my in favorite Smoothie King in the Chattanooga area. I usually get several smoothies weekly for meal replacement and would drive all the way across town to this location. The other locations don't compare as far as cleanliness and customer service. I ordered a peanut butter toast at Gunbarrel rd and it was a sticky mess. When I ordered at Ooltewah, they gave me a knife and fork , which to me was a huge plus. You just can't beat great customer service and the Ooltewah location has them all...

I go every time this place but today I go and one girl working over there she don’t about anything she was so rude and we ask about the rewards and she scan barcode and just deduct my reward and and I ask where is my reward point I don’t want to use today and she told me I don’t know it’s her fault and she say I don’t know I never go there I working near by there...
