probably the WORST haircut i ever got. i asked for someone good with curly hair. they gave me Kathy. she looked at my hair when i came in and told me i had beautiful hair, beautiful thick hair, beautiful curls. she kept saying that. she asked what i wanted. i said it needs to be trimmed and shaped. i have been wearing it in a shorter style the last few months. explained how i wanted it shaped, and that it is usually thinned at the top so it is softer, and she claimed she understood, like a dome she said. she started to cut. she asked me what side i part my hair, i said i don't part it, i just let it curl. first she tried plastering down the front of my hair (like a 1930's hairstyle) and i said i don't like that. she kept cutting and then said she wasn't happy yet and kept cutting. then she wanted to leave it longer in the back, i said no that's not what i want, i want it shaped and tapered, i had it longer in the back for years, and now i am wearing it like this. she made it too short to curl!! and not even!! and in the end, she decided it should dry natural, not be blown out or diffused. she didn't listen at all to what i wanted, despite asking again and again. made it much too short, and unflattering. i HATE IT!! and i have a family event in 3 weeks!!! do not go here!!! i give it NO stars! i had to put one star to be able...

I got a deal for this place from Groupon. I guess I can't complain with the final result, it was a simple trim and hair color. The thing is I felt rushed and not only did I not get the color I wanted, I was pretty much made to accept what was easy and fast for them to do and to top it all off I was charged extra. Not for nothing, if the staff is gonna be grumpy and disagreeable cause they have to provide certain services for a lot less thru Groupon- then don't enter into an agreement with Groupon and don't offer the price you offered! I most certainly will never go back. Mind you if the services were good I would've became a regular there and paying regular prices. The Groupon deal is a one time thing.
