Just discovered! The drip coffee is very good! Nice and strong! Please don’t change the ratio you prepare it with, it was perfect. Very rare I finish a coffee from similar places. You have two competitors down the road. They have nothing on you coffee wise. Second visit. Great drip coffee, but lukewarm. The strength and flavor was on point. I noticed you keep coffee in carafes. This is not the best. It may be worth investing in the machines Starbucks has started to use ( go to the Paramus store off 17.) it has a hop for beans on top, and brews fresh every cup to order, nice and hot. Really upset because I went here this Saturday morning around 10 AM to get a matcha I usually have. I go here since I'm from the area. It was so watery, different from before, and basically had to throw it out. Didn't drink it. I did ask her to add more powder and it was grainy but she didn't offer to make me a new one so she just added more watery powder back. It was so horrible, and I wasted $7. I usually go here but not sure if I want to anymore because...
