Disgusting poorly managed condoā¦.
Mold throughout unit - in HVAC, in vents, on shower walls, and around door jams.. didnāt really think to look until last full day after having headaches and sinus issues.
Lightbulbs missing door handles falling off trash from previous tenants under beds bugs light bulbs unscrewed broken bed beds horribly uncomfortable appliances dirty dust on walls and furniture toilets not secure and rocking standing water on porch even long after rain which actually caused my daughter to fall and hurt herself coming back in. We booked our stay through Airbnb for Unit 2022 at Phoenix II. We saw a review for a broken bed in the unit but figured hey that should be fixed and oh boy was that only a small issue compared to what was uncovered.
Arrived, unpacked, and left to get dinner came back late to find master bed broken still. Had to take apart entire bed and support the frame with books. Called Airbnb contact, was told to call the condo desk, then told to call a different condo desk in the morning, and then received a call from someone else saying they reported it. All of this at 10pm first night..
Woke up next morning called front desk and maintenance showed up at 4pm that afternoon. Unfortunately my wife and child were napping so I asked him to come back which he told me to reschedule itā¦. Iām not managing this unit for the owners.
Then I started having sinus issues and headaches which I then found mold throughout the unit. Every time I called front desk I was asked to report to another front desk or hung up on.
Again all of these issues should be fixed in regular maintenance and cleaning. Obviously this unit is being neglected and needs a complete overhaul and mold...

I booked this room for my soon to be wifeās companyās brand rep photo shoot. We checked in and we all bought parking passes and everything they required. Got to the room and boom right off the bat the pullout bed was completely broken, the ice make was making loud sounds and did not produce one ice cube, the screen door was hanging by a tread about to fall off the balcony. I messaged them about theses things the day we got here and did not get a reply!
Well things got worse. We had an extra girl coming and she got here a few nights after our first nights stay. She arrived at 1 in the morning the guard waved her through so she parked and slept until they had to be at a photo shoot early in the morning at sea side (3 hours away) well before she got back here car had a boot on it and two tickets. No warnings just two tickets and a boot. Less then 20 hours and boom they hit her with this and a $250 fine. We talked to the mannager the next day and he was rude and could careless. Had the guard been doing his job and actually checked to see if she had a parking pass non of this would of happened!
This entire say was a big bust and couldnāt of gotten any worse!
Find a place that wants you to stay there and that will treat you with respect and not be rude and ruthless about the parking situation I mean I understand why they have to be strict but right now with COVID-19 going on thereās tones of empty parking spots and they were not hurting on parking spots!

Ā Ā Ā Read morePheonix II unit 2114 11th floor. The condo was updated, very very beautiful, & had an excellent view! However, it was not very clean. The dishes were not cleaned well, the oven door handle was covered in grease, & we were left instructions to wash our dishes, take out the trash, clean & leave the kitchen as we found it. I guess this means housekeeping does not spot clean or check behind each temporary tenants cleaning of the kitchen! I noticed the extra blanket in the closet was full of long blonde hairs as I pulled it from the closet. This is disgusting on so many levels!!! I work in the healthcare field & I am a transplant patient as well. Transplant patients are more susceptible to infection & catching diseases. I was not comfortable at all knowing I could see visibly see the uncleanliness of this condo! I could only imagine the bacteria I could NOT see! It is also very bothersome to know we were charged an additional $114.33 departure cleaning fee & bedding is NOT being cleaned between temporary tenants! We often stay in timeshares but this is the first one we've ever stayed in that only gave us ONE roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels & no dish detergent. If we wanted a change of sheets, there was an additional cost. We had to purchase supplies for our 4 day stay on top of our accommodation cost! This is ridiculous!!! I was very disappointed although the property itself was beautiful. I'm rating this property so low because my health safety with cleanliness far exceeds the beautifully decorated condo & view!!!
