I actually took the first course offered after the school hadn’t offered classes in months due to covid. Everyone was socially distanced and all precautions taken I felt safe with. As far as the class itself, Roy Brewer and Dr. Boatright are incredible. Dr. Boatright really has thought about every little detail when putting together this class and the material to go with it. There is so much information to learn but he has put it together in the most manageable way for you to learn what you need to know about the information and what you need to know on how to take the test. Roy Brewer was a great teacher! He tells it how it is, and doesn’t put any “fluff” into it. Both Mr. Brewer and Dr. Boatright’s primary goal is for you to pass the final and state exam. Brewer is super knowledgeable and knows how to keep the classes attention (even 8 hour/day classes for a week). I took the final with the school and only missed one question. When taking the state test there was only 12 questions I was not 100% on. I passed on my first try with the state exam! Don’t waste your time/money with any other school!...

I took all of my Real Estate classes from Steve Walt from Salesman to Broker. I always passed my exams witht flying colors on the first try. That is because Steve presents the information in an informative way with stories to keep you interested in what can be a long very intense week of learning. I believe that the 1 star bad review below mine was all on Steve Hoolahan. The amount of information you need to learn in your class time is massive. Steve Walt's success rate is phenomenal. I think Hoolahan's accusations are egregious and totally unfounded. He has no idea where Steve Walt lives or what kind of a beautiful home he lives in. His harsh remarks are unfounded and stated without any research on his part. If he needed to go to another school to get educated to take the exam then that is on him. Some people's personality may clash and maybe that was the case but his opinions are not the opinions of the masses who have been taught successfully by Steve Walt. Please ignore...

Worst experience in education, I had Steve Walt as a teacher he was rude he would not let you ask a question which left plenty of time for him to tell you boring stories about himself. He teaches honesty and the law and has the audacity to tell you he got a full ride football scholarship to a division3 college. That is a lie, he is opinionated and talks trash about people who live in gated communities. Well Steve it's better then living in a double wide in Middleburg and by the way if you were a broker with 58 people underneath you why are you teaching a class and living a low income life. To some this this up I took a weekend refresher course with Climer Real Estate School what a fantastic experience . I took the state exam two days later and killed it.
