Chapman Smoke Tobacco — Local services in Orange

Bought this and asked the cashier that if it didn't work with our vape cartridges if we could bring it back. The cashier said it wouldn't be a problem, so I bought it and left. Got home and tried it and within about a day of using it on my cart, it totally burned out my cart and made it unusable. I was mad but not totally since it looked cheap and had a feeling this would happen, which is why I asked the cashier about the return. I was working the next couple days so I tried to return it about 2 days after purchasing it. I explain the situation to the cashier, the same one I had bought it from a couple days back, and he proceeded to tell me that the product works so it can't be returned. I repeated what he had told me 2 days ago and then come back with, "Well why didn't you return it the same day?" I had to come back with, "Be cause it didn't burn out my cart yet, that's why." So he just said over and over that he wouldn't be returning it, even though he had said he would. Worst vape shop I've ever had to deal with, they don't care about their customers at all. This is hands down the best smoke shop I think I’ve ever been to and has become the only one i will go to. There’s is a guy Marv there who is there every time I go and from what i would assume is in charge of running their whole operation. I’m never one to make a review but this guy Marv too many times has given me great deals pretty much any time I’ve asked for one when their glass is already marked well below any competition in oc or LA. I am not sure what more you could ask for in a glass shop… Great Price… like by far better than anywhere else I’ve been, staff / owner who is interpersonal and speaks to you like your a person and gets to know you - it feels like you’re seeing a buddy and is less transactional. I would guaranteed Marv will not let you leave the shop unhappy, he is always willing to work out a deal for his customers which is what keeps anyone that comes here coming back so don’t hesitate to speak up. This smoke shop is awesome! First of all it's HUGE! So they have literally everything you would want or need! Second of all, the people that work there are super cool! Marv was super helpful when I was looking at the nectar collectors, and he definitely knows his stuff! He helped me make a decision on one of them, and then he even gave me a discount on it, AND on a badass looking torch! Plus they always greet you as soon as you walk in, every single time, it really makes you feel welcomed! And lastly, their prices are pretty unbeatable, and it's all high quality stuff! It's literally my go to smoke shop for anything! You definitely won't go to another smoke shop once you visit this one!! Thank you again Marv and the rest of the gang!...
