was very surprised when I noticed that my comforter smelled like urine when it came out of the dryer. So I came back the next day to talk to anyone like a manager, which they claim not to have. And I got the runaround from 2 employees. So when I caught the a.m. worker and brought this to their attention and told them that I had seen the winos from across the street drying their clothes before there. Not washing them first. She said she wouldn't be willing to help wash my comforter even if I used my own soap. I was in shock that a simple request to fix a simple problem was not recognized or fixed. So I am going to go the other direction 3 times further than this laundry mat to another one that doesn't have this problem and employees that have literally taken my clothes out of the dryer and folded them for me when I was running late. Katella and Glassell is where I will be doing all my washing needs for now on. Shame on this laundry mat for what happend and not stepping up to fix this problem. To top it off the closing worker called the police on my girlfriend the night we finished laundry and had gone across the street for some late night tacos. She had seen us packing up and leaving. But when my girl needed to c I me back not even 2 minutes after we left to use the restroom because of a serious medical condition that she had just got out of the hospital the same day. Who are these satanic workers and why are they employed at a looks like a nice laundry mat? Again nothing to resolve the minor problem and then make matters worse for my girlfriend for getting her put in jail for paying to use the restroom 2 minutes after we had left. Needless to say, that I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that could have a potential problem and not be able to get it fixed by staff. So once again shame on these satanic employees for being prejudice and making more problems instead of listening to the problem and being understanding about it. Not willing to...

I like the machines here and how spacious it is and so I've been coming here weekly to do laundry for a while now. I don't like to write bad reviews especially for a place I actually like. I've also met the owner once and he seems super nice. But the review is for the lady who works here. She is short and always wears a ponytail.

The 2 times when me or my mom have had an issue with a machine or bathroom she is unfriendly. For example, I had an issue with the vending machine and I asked if she could check what was going on because i had already put in 6 quarters (even though the price of the water is 1.25 and the machine would not work nor would the red light turn on). She told me to add more quarters and so I did, and it still didn't work so she added more of her quarters and I guess it finally worked (still no red light though)? I thought she would be courteous enough to give me back at least one quarter since I think thats the nice thing to do. She didn't and said she couldn't because she put in her quarters and for whatever reason she couldn't give me back at least one. I guess she didn't believe me or something? Even though I go here all the time and she saw me put in the last quarters.

what upset me wasn't really the coins because its just a few but just that she was being rude about it and its not the first time. I'm hesitant to even ask for help the next time I ever have a problem.

She also rarely turns on the fans even if its over 90 degrees...

Update: The washing machines have changed they no longer fill halfway up with plenty of water, barely adds water, and now its almost washing dry through the entire washing. I do not recommend this washing spot to anyone it is expensive, and you're not getting your money worth. I came from Fullerton just to wash my clothes here for the last 2 months this was the reason I did not wash at my apartments or the laundromat near my house, today will be my last day need to find another spot that adds plenty of water... watch my video, I added here.... before the water, you can see it halfway up the glass. Now nothing just dampened clothes, not what I want.

Machines work great plenty of water to your clothes tiny bit pricey but what isn't these days, I love that you can use an app to pay instead of cash or should i say coins, if the Back door is open becareful watch your step coming in and leaving they should add a sign warning you I seen many close calls while i was there. While you wash, they have a section for kids to play, read books, watch TV, etc.. also while you wash and if you need to refill your water jugs you can do that there also.
