CUSTOMER BE WARE. You will pay them for ruining your clothing.There fluff and fold isn't good. They burnt a brand new throw and blamed it on me for not telling them what temp to dry it on. I'SN't it their business to understand and laundry different fabrics properly? Then the management refused to replace the throw because of my negative review. They claim they do not dry clothing on high yet my bra pads have turned yellow and sheets have softener stains. You will be punished for leaving a review they don't like and claim it is rude and disrespectful to their staff. Sounds like triangulation trick! I am a 71 yr old, disabled woman and they have banned me at all Lucy's locations. Sounds like nasty retaliation, right? Trevor Gray is spiteful and angry if things don't go his way and isn't allowed to talk over you. All this drama for leaving a very negative review and and holding them responsible for burning a throw.. He obviously feels that I need to be punished! I'm sure this could happen to you. Best customer service Iâve had in years. I had a few questions and Trevor, the manager, was so helpful. He is Lucyâs best asset. He was very informative, kind, considerate and professional. Trevor was diligently cleaning a appeared to actually be doing a little maintenance & sanitizing dryers. He busy working the entire time I was there, but was available to stop and answer any questions I had. Although the Orange Lucyâs is smaller and the facility is older, the hot water was hot & the warm water was warm and the machines & spin cycles were excellent! I am sure this older facility will be upgraded like the Costa Mesa facility is, but the machines were in good working order and m, again, everything was clean. Thank you so much for being tops in laundry customer service! It was a pleasure and I will definitely be back.

Very nice place for large items, comforters, quilts, etc. and large loadsâŠ..you can actually choose hot water đ and itâs hot. This is a very nice place & the attendant (I think his name was Henry) was helpful. The items wash and spin properly in the temperature of water desired, and they rinse thoroughly to where there is no residue on your laundry.    Read moreI am a regular customer at Lucyâs laundry at Costa Mesa and I was at Garden Grove area thinking I could use my Lucyâs card Costa Mesa unfortunately it doesnât work. I need to purchase a new Lucyâs card card Garden Grove I went to get a card put $15 in the machine and it load $14 on the card because the card. Cost a dollar. When I checked the balance of my card it says $0 credit. So i put $20 using my debit card.
I emailed the customer service on the immediately and informed what happened. The lady in charge came in around 8 am and I told her what happened she said she could put the amount in my card but if I want refund of my money she canât do it. I said I want refund since I have no plans of coming back to that place.
After emailing nobody contacted me I called them and left a voicemail. More than a week I called again and a lady answered me and I told her what happened. She said someone will get in touch with me.
Again no one reach out to solve the issue. I emailed them again nothing at this time.
Another reason I donât want to come back is the parking space is very small and a lot of washing machines and dryers are out of order.
