Neiman Marcus Last Call — Local services in Orange

This place gone downhill. Use to be prestigious now not so much so.Way more premium designer than nordstrom or saks however the prices at this point was laughable . Its so closed to retail i might as well go straight to south coast . You will not save much. I was super disappointed . Sizes are off course super limited . I did see ysl loubi balmain balenciaga chloe versace prada but was super underwarm . The collection are OLD not just a few month old some looked like collection from years ago . The clearance section is a bunch of beat up damage clothes be careful . Everything else was meh at best . The biggest designer are attached to a metallic string so u have to get someone everytime u want to try one .super annoying . Ive seen better sales out there for those big names . This particular location is really high priced compare to other locations . I am a hairstylist from Los Angeles who's always in the shop, this particular day a client cam in and I loved her shoes she stated she got them from the Nike outlet in orange so I set out to make my way right after I was done with my her. I make way to the outlet to get the shoes then thought maybe I'd browse since I've never been here before. I got to the neiman marcus to check out there purses shoes and shades (I love accessories) the first thing I see soon as I get inside the store is two women at the counter conversing they see me then stop mid- sentence it was as if they seen a ghost I say "hi" then get no response, I brushed it off the killer part is when I made it to the shades a man appears and stands right on the end of the Isle I'm on... he's watching me I go to the next isle and he moves right along with me it was the most humiliating uncomfortable shopping experience I've ever had. I wish I could give this place a 5 star but unfortunately the poor review is thanks to one employee that ruined my experience here. My husband and I love shopping here frequently but today was different. An employee, whom I wish I’d gotten his name, but was too disgusted to stay any longer, was following me around isles as I shopped the shoe section and kept glancing at me as if I was up to something. It became uncomfortable and rude. He then followed me into the last isle I went in to asked me if I was finding everything okay and when I asked him a simple question about their sales he gave me attitude. I’m not sure why he would suspect me of anything, which he so obviously did. This is completely unprofessional. I understand that one may go to certain extents for precautions but he made me feel uncomfortable and judged. This is not okay.
