I honestly wish I could give no stars to this store location. I brought in a necklace that needed to be repaired. Elina took the necklace behind the repair counter and took a picture of my necklace WITH the charm on it. The way my necklace was the charm could not come off. I was quoted 2 weeks and then I received the call THREE weeks later. I go to pick up my necklace and the charm is missing. The women at the counter was confused and grabbed the assistant manager Helen. She then said “we must have told your husband to keep the charm” and pretty much brushed it off. There was another women behind the counter that was helpful and weighed the necklace for me and realized that it was true that the charm was missing. The photo the original women took was so blurry that no one could tell that there was a charm. I do not appreciate that I was treated as if I was a liar. They eventually found the charm and I was told it would take another week for it to be fixed AGAIN. I had to call this store multiple times to find out what was going on. They acted as if they did not care. I had to call again to ask if my necklace was done, it’s been well over a week. Helen is rude, and I still have not been able to get in touch with Maria the store manager. While I was leaving the women Helen was noticeably upset that I was pissed. She responded by saying “you have your necklace, what more do you want?”

Update : I got home to finally put my necklace on and it’s LONGER than the original.

Update 2: After speaking with Maria she ended up helping me through this incident. She was wonderful and so helpful. She had my necklace fixed within the same day. PANDORA FAKE! Right before Christmas I bought three Pandora charms for $70 each, after I looked online to see if I can find them cheaper. After I receive the ones I bought online through an old Pandora dealer I decided to compare them all. Being worried I might get them confused I never took the ones I received from Michael's out of the box, I was able to see the side holograms of all of them perfect. I noticed on one of the charms I got from Michael's had an extra hologram on it. I automatically assumed the ones I got Online we're not authentic. So I decided to go to three different places I told Pandora all of which said that they had never seen the extra hologram on the Pandora that Michael's sold me but the ones I did receive Online were indeed authentic. When I went to Michael's and asked him about what the extra hologram meant and showed them the one I purchased online the woman said she's never seen anything like that on pandora. So I decided to return it now worrying it wasn't authentic and they denied my return and accused me of switching them. Meanwhile they never even came out of the box. When I asked for a manager they told me she had stepped out and took my information so she could get back to me her name is Erin. Never heard anything so I emailed her because they couldn't provide me with a contact number of any sort and had also emailed the company in which have both not gotten back to me. Michaels has beautiful jewelry. They initially tried to do their best to resolve our issues but I am giving 2 stars for the lack of honesty and inability to make repairs. My engagement ring started losing diamonds right after we got engaged. They said it was because I was wearing it while I cleaned/showered/slept, etc. After literally months of going back and forth for the SAME repair they said it must just a defective ring. THREE replacements later, I now take my ring off for everything. I only wear it when I go out. My center diamond is loose (for the second time) on the 3rd ring. I brought it in and they claimed nothing was wrong with it. I told them I could hear the diamond rattling. The manager came out, said “ok yes, it’s BARELY loose”and said she’d go take care of it. She came out, told me it was fixed and I left. Upon getting in my car I checked it, still loose and not fixed. We went to another jeweler who fixed the ring and couldn’t believe we had this experience. We will not be purchasing anything else...
