Problem with picking up my repaired jewelry! Came before 6 on Friday, but they closed early everyone inside but no one even bother to look at you except for a young child, looked at the door to make sure they closed at 6 and I was correct was there a little after 5 but sign on door made by child sorry closed scribble in pen. Came back Saturday morning, was told sorry we are having a sale no repair pick up's by the owners daughter. I explained I was here yesterday a little after 5 but they closed early, I was told sorry all repairs are locked up and you had all week to pick up! I really didn't due to I just got the text the day before and didn't realize there would be a problem picking up my jewelry. I explained I really needed it and was just told I would have to come back. Really nice to know that the " big sales " are more important than the usual customer! Sorry but that peice of jewelry was from my deceased young husband and it meant the world to me and I always have it on and wanted it with me for a special occasion. I explained to the woman, I came yesterday a little after 5 pm (they are open until 6) but you closed early. The women looked at me and lied to my face and stated we didn't close early!! I should of took a picture to post of the childish closed sign on the door that I didn't notice at first. Anyhow if I had a tect letting me know hey repair pick up will not take place o er the weekend because we have a big important sale happening I would of been there the minute I got the text but their was no such thing. I used to love coming here and would tell all about the place because a young lady that is always so professional and pleasant she makes me feel like my jewelry from my late husband is in great hands and i need not worrie. But now I know first hand how I was treated by the owners daughter with such coldness ,disrespect and not an ounce of empathy for me!! Believe me I was totally shocked over what happened to me because I loved coming and was always treated so kindly by the young lady that is not related to anyone that owners this store but they way she treats people you would think it was her's! She is the gem that i will miss! I am sure I can find another place that will love to have my money and treat me right any if they have a sale I can still come in and get my jewelry! Worst place ever to take your jewelry to be resized ;(. I wish I could give Zero stars.

I brought my brand new engagement ring to Cellini Jewelers because they offered a “same day ring resizing”. I dropped it off and came back a few hours later to pick it up and They had taken off so much platinum on the inside of the band that it was 70% thinner than the rest of the band! When I asked why they did this the young gentleman went to get his boss who was an older woman and she gave me some bizarre response of that’s how rings are resized. So I asked if I could have the platinum they had taken off and she said she “would have to charge me for that”... it was the most bizarre thing I had ever heard, and I was just done with them at this point. Well fast forward... my ring is completely misshaped and has a dent on the inside of the ring because of them thinning it out as much as they did. I brought my ring back to the store my husband purchased it from and he couldn’t believe what was done to it. He said it would be $300 to reshank the band and make the ring whole again. Please if you love your rings DO NOT BRING THEM TO CELLINI JEWELERS. They completely ruined my beautiful ring and it eats me up on a daily basis to know I was completely taken advantage of when it was supposed to be such an amazing experience of my life.
