Yankee Candle — Local services in Orange

Typical yankee candle store. This store is farther for me; there's a store closer but I prefer the Orange/West Haven location. The difference is the staff; these ladies are very knowledgeable. They also took the time to be friendly and helpful without being on top of me or lurking in a corner. While I was shopping there was at least 4 separate groups of customers and all were treated with the same enthusiasm. The store is very clean, well stocked, and all signage was clear (pricing/sales/clearance/ limited) Easy parking is right next to shop; many spots available. Ramps next to the stairs for those that need. The lot is easy to get in...

I enjoy shopping at this location. My latest trip I was slightly disappointed. There were only 3 associates (1 outside greeting and making customers wait till someone came out, 1 behind the register, and 1 working the sales floor.) There were plenty of people in the store that were looking for assistance for various reasons. For Saturday being a peak day in retail there should've been a couple more...

Their personalization printer is out of service also I seen some Yankee Candles on sale for $5 I bought them brought them home and then realize that they're not Yankee Candles there some other...
