Gordon Food Service Store — Local services in Oregon

On April 24th I placed an order when I went to pick it up ( 25 minutes after I called they finally came out )they said they didn't have an order but it was a pending transactions on my bank. By the time I got home we got an email confirmation that my order was picked up. So we call the store and they don't know how it was picked up but the order was there but sense it was no longer in the system they would not give me the items. So we had to call customer service ( no help either) have them refund the order and we had to redo our order and it is now may 6th and I still have not recieved my refund worse experience ever!!! I prefer to take my chances in the store then have such terrible service and have my money taken and not get anything for it or get my refund so now...

They always have what I need and in a great quantity to feed all my friends and family. The staff here are great and polite an all around joy to interact with. They never seem to be overly packed so your free to look around and find the items you need. They offer in store pick up which makes things even more convenient.
