Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Oregon

This was the strangest visit ever, we started to think that we were on a prank show. Yes, it was that bad. We spent almost 2 hours on what should of been a 30- 45 minute visit but the mistakes were piling up. We arrived during happy hour, around 4PM and was seated in a complete empty section, but it took a good 20 minutes or so just to get drinks. No problem, right? Ordered appetizer, pretzels but the cheese cup was filled less than half of the very small cup so we politely asked for the other half. AFTER asking 3-4 times and about 20+ minutes later we finally received it and our mozzarella sticks that were rock hard. We returned those and asked for another pretzel bite. Drink refills we extremely hard to come by and had to practically beg for them LOL but after asking repeatedly, we did eventually get them. We placed our order, one came out wrong the other with cold fries. I ordered 10 flats, I received 4 flats and 6 drums. Sheesh. I put the 4 flats on a different tray and put the 6 drums to the side, when she finally came back I explained that I ordered flats and she was very unhappy and claimed that wasn't what I ordered, I could see my daughter was getting irritated by the way the server was speaking to me so I made up an excuse that maybe I was talking to low and she didn't hear me, just to keep the peace. And than she asked if someone else had brought me the other 6 flats already, which was kind of a strange question because the drums were in her hand and I obviously only had the 4 flats. ATP we realized something was very wrong with our server. About 20 minutes later she returned with 5 of my 6 flats. Lol. And no fries. I had to get our to go boxes because she forgot them multiple times, along with my change. Smh. I think our server, Kay, needs either more training or a drug test. This place puts the wild in Buffalo Wild Wings. We have a family of four with a child under 6 and they did not give usba children's menu. No biggy. The restaurant was really dirty, like absurdly dirty. Had to wipe off our own table but whatever. It took about 20 minutes from ordering our drinks to actually getting our drinks and request a kids menu. The restaurant was not busy so I was a tad confused on the wait for drinks. Once we finally placed our order it rook roughly 45 minutes for the food to come out. When I say the place was dead, I mean there were maybe 3-4 other tables seated. That's it. We finish our meals and have to wait forever for this waitress to come back and when she does we tell her immediately we just want the check so we can leave. I kept track of the time this time. We told her we wanted the check at 7:17 p.m. She did not come back to our table until 7:48 and she did not bring us the check. So we had to wait again while she went to actually get the check. There were MULTIPLE waitresses in the store and like I said only 3-4 seated tables. Make it make sense? For the price they are charging for the clearly frozen food they serve and the wait staff I would advise...

First time going to this establishment and will not return. Waitress was quick to get our drinks when we first got there after that it went downhill. My fiance ordered a beer and he had to get another waitress' attention for our regular waitress to bring it to him 15 mins after he ordered it. Her excuse was that she forgot. Well meal time comes around and come to find out the waitress wrote down my order wrong, so i sent it back only for her to bring it right back out with the problem "scraped" off. Smh. So i sent it back again since by this time its no longer fresh (meanwhile my family is eating) and so the lady brings me out just my fries, i ended up sending them back because whats the point of just eating fries when you would like to have your whole meal at once.
