Okay guys. I have never in my life received such amazing customer service. You can tell that the owner and his staff TRULY care. And the food is outstanding. I totally understand that mistakes and errors happen—it is how you respond and try to make things right when they do occur. And the owner does absolutely everything in his power to try and make things right! He and his staff went far, far above and beyond to apologize and make up for a mistake with my order. I have so much respect for these guys!!! The owner puts his heart and soul into his business, and it shows; he works immensely hard to make delicious food and ensure all of his customers are happy. I came inside and odered a carry out Greek spinach pie ...the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I use a walker and one young lady staffer held the door open for me upon entry. The food was a large portion and perfectly hot enough to make it home. I visited the ladies room while waiting for my order. Handicap Accessible, which had no touch soap and paper towel dispensers and was super clean. I enjoyed the decor and spacious seating options as I went up to collect my order. I inquired if this express was affiliated with the original grape leaf diner, to which the staff replied it was the same family and recipes. I told the three who catered to me that I would definitely come back and tell my friends to support this Oregon express. The prices are commensurate with the quality and quantity of food served...
