After four attempts to communicate with owner and or staff via phone, text and email, I’m thoroughly disappointed in lack of customer service, with the lack of one in-person visit with a sales clerk. One issue I was trying to get clarity on was how on or about the same day of consignment one of my items mysteriously dropped in price and was simultaneously purchased, leaving me to question if this was a questionably ethical move on the part of owner and/or staff. I will be going in person today to collect back all my items as trust has been completely eroded. One star review. UPDATE 12/12: I went in person and spoke to Katherine. I had her phone number wrong so that explains why I didn’t get a phone response and so I apologized. It still does not explain why I didn’t get an email response.
