Edit again: September 2024: Extremely disappointed -- I called to book an appointment for my sister and I since I was getting married. I specifically asked over the phone if they could take us both at 430 and the answer was yes. (I booked the day or two before- I know late but we called to other places since I was familiar I wanted to go here---- so when I called they said yes even though they couldn't) They couldn't. We sat and waited for almost an hour before they started service.

Once service was started on our pedicure, the tech cut out my "in-grown toe" nail--which I have always had, even had surgery as a teenager and everything has been good(wearing heels, sneakers, sandles, etc-no issues) Since the tech cut my toe nail out (the 'in grown' part), mind you without permission and this is actually considered a surgery. I have had issues, my toe was so angry on my wedding day I could barely wear my heals. Since then my toe was getting better but now the nail must be growing more because again I can't wear heels, my toe is killing me.

It took about 2.5 hours for two pedicures and manicure I will most likely still be dealing with my toe nail over the next few months. And it should have never happened.

First time here. Taylor was great, I was a walk in and they were able to get me in. Will definitely book with an appointment next time so I don't have to wait for the next available. Taylor was friendly and both her and the other associate greated each person as they walked in. The location was clean and a very relaxing atmosphere.

This was my first visit and I have finally found my new nail salon! The staff are all lovely, very accommodating and eager to please you.

During this visit I was thrilled to find a wide array of ombré options and selected a beautiful sparkly pink and off white combo which is extremely flattering! The technician, Kyle, was very thoughtful and asked me questions about my preferences and what my negative experiences had been at my former salon. I explained that having a very fine edge - not one too thick was really important due to heavy travel I may go 3 weeks between appts sometimes and when that occurs my nails become tangled in my hair when shampooing if the edges are too thick. Also the consistency of the length was important. He listened and did a double pass around the edges to make sure the transition was very slight from the nail bed to the dip power. Wow- I was so impressed!

As for my pedicure there were two ladies who worked on me and they too were very attentive and gave me a fantastic shellac pedicure.

The prices were all very reasonable: $60 for the ombré nails and $58 for the shellac pedicure. Compared to my former salon which changed $70 for the ombré and didn’t have the wide range of color options. This salon is affordable with outstanding quality & service for the money! As a result, I promptly booked my next appt and look forward to another wonderful experience!

So…I arrived at 11:20 and asked if they had time for a pedi and explained I would need to leave by 12:30 because I had a work meeting at 1:00. They said no problem and that I would just wait 20 mins so I agreed. At 11:45, they got me to a seat and I sat in the water soaking. At 12:05, I started to get concerned and asked if I should come back later because I had to leave by 12:30. They assured me I was fine and hurried someone over. I again said I could come back but they insisted they could do it. I again offered to come back later. At 12:10, they started the pedi. At 12:42, he got the polish done and said I would need to wait 15 mins to dry. I couldn’t. I had to rush back to work so I wouldn’t miss the meeting. So I did a very careful duck walk across the parking lot to my car so I could get to my car and book to my meeting, really hoping I didn’t mess up the nails I had just paid for.

1. I understood I didn’t have an appt and said several times I could come back. Don’t say you can do it in the timeframe if you can’t. I am flexible. Just say “Yea, can you come back later”
2. The water needs to be warmer in the bath. I saw a few others mentioned that too.
3. The pedi itself was good. Not the best I’ve had but it was good.

I would recommend the atmosphere, price and overall pedi. I would suggest to the associates that they should be honest if they can’t complete the service as promised, in this case when they say they can get it done. Again, I said many times I could come back. Just set the correct...
