I needed a training book printed for a online class when I called this store I was thrilled the cost was estimated at $32 dollars for a 148 page coil bond book front page color. (Important to note I have used UPS for printing before happily satisfied but that was at the store off Lapeer rd. )
When I returned for pick up the receipt total as pictured came to 57.72. I was charged 5 times for the coil binding and for 300 pages. When I asked the store owner/manager told me at least it was less than I had paid for a previous job (which was larger 225+ pages, full color and premium paper) and the coil binding was difficult to do so he added extra cost for each attempt to punch...???? Dispite that obvious advantage being taken I did need the book that day so I paid and left.
I will not be returning to this store and understand that man's actions do not reflect ups as a whole. The rest of the staff there were polite and helpful.
I have waited to write this review but realize it is import to share experiences like these and yeah it still bothers me, we were in the midst of a pandemic. Even if that man was the owner of that store as a business owner myself I have no words to support that behavior.

When I had two boxes of things to return to an online retailer, I thought it was going to be a quick drop off with the store’s return label I’m the stores app and all ready to be sent off. Once I got to the UPS Store, I couldn’t find the return label anywhere in their mobile app anymore, and was directed to restart the return all over again one item at a time with photos and typed out reasons every single item was being returned. I was ready to throw it all out and write off a $350 loss as a lesson learned. They were busy today but everyone working was so efficient and working together to make sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. A woman with a little kid was anxious to be in and out and they noticed and took care of her. I had my usual multiple Amazon returns and Bill was helping me. He was so friendly and patient. At one point I had to call my husband for issues with one of the items and Bill was very understanding about it. I absolutely love this store and use it for returns, office items and international shipments.
