Instead they tell me to go to Craftsman's website which says "No proof of purchase required. Return damaged product to a stocking Retail Partner or contact Customer Care for details." I love Stones Ace Hardware. When you walk in, there's that feeling that you expect from your local home-town hardware store. Associates are right there to guide you to the right place in the store.
