I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have found Dr. Ryan! After my 6 year old son failed three hearing screenings for one ear over the course of a year, we were understandably concerned. The first two failed tests were chalked up to fluid in his ears from illness, but then we sought out a pediatric ENT who confirmed another failed test. The ENT suggested Flonase and, if that didn’t work, ear tube surgery. I was determined to explore every possible option before resorting to surgery, and that’s when we found Dr. Ryan.

While the improvement wasn’t immediate, after a few sessions with Dr. Ryan, trying homeopathic treatments, balloon therapy, and testing for potential allergies, we saw steady and encouraging progress. Dr. Ryan even used an ear camera to show us the changes as the ear began to look more normal each session! We also addressed growing pains and anything else that came up. His approach is not only effective but also thoughtful and patient. He’s truly fantastic with kids, while also being incredibly perceptive and observant.

Dr. Ryan’s intelligence is matched by his humility. He genuinely sees the whole person, not just the issue at hand, and I always walked away from each appointment having learned something new. I’m so happy to report that after his treatments, my son’s hearing is now within the normal range in both ears!

Dr. Ryan’s care has also helped my 2 year old son with various issues, including a twisted ankle that was affecting his gait, and mouth breathing. My toddler was so chill and comfortable there -he truly wanted his turn too!

Wow! After just one visit with Dr. Ryan, I went from feeling 15 years older to feeling 15 years younger than my age. I was having multiple issues that most people assume are simply part of aging: sore knees, sore hips, feet issues. Overall, I was starting to feel like the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz. Initially, I wasn’t sure about Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) and the Holistic approach Dr. Ryan uses, but multiple friends shared their good experiences, so I decided to give it a try. I was shocked - just two days after my OMM treatment, all my issues were greatly improved and continued to improve. Dr. Ryan spent time getting to know me before the OMM treatment even started. The treatment itself lasted over an hour and was not painful. Dr. Ryan’s holistic and kind approach helped me to believe that my issues are not inherently part of aging and I can have quality of life throughout my retirement years. I have had good experiences with traditional MDs, but now view Dr. Ryan and OMM as invaluable additional resources in maintaining my overall wellness. Don’t accept your aches and pains in aging! Dr. Ryan at Still Waters Osteopathy is amazing. He heard my concerns and treated the issues. Just one visit and I already feel 98% better. He is kind, patient, compassionate, and really hears you. He puts out only light and love and his energy is AMAZING and contagious. I have POTS syndrome, and he is knowledgeable on treatment for that. Usually when it hits I go into several days or weeks of fainting and generally feeling lowsy. Today, I felt it coming and went to see Dr. Ryan. For the for the first time ever, instead of it being an inevitability, he was able to stave off my pots attack. Finally I have hope that my future will be better, not worse. Finally I have hope that I don't have to keep getting worse. I was doubtful of what Osteopathy could do, but now see it was the thing I had been searching for.
