I would give no stars if I could. I'm a rep at a premium retailer and was not able to do the promotion on my line in my store. I drove over an hour to this location because they had the phone I wanted in stock. HOW RUDE could they be? I was tossed around from salesman to salesman and when the one who finally helped me started to help me he was incredibly rude. THEN he didn't know why he couldn't fix my account. Made fun of my credit, didn't take the two seconds to read his email to notate that a certain part of their program was down and finally I got handed a completely dead phone. When I inquired about the LG Tone Plus Bluetooth he informed me that they were the latest and greatest. I told him of the Ultra's and he told me I was wrong. Surprise, I was right. I asked for my husbands discount (He's former military and the account is in his name) and again he mocked me. Saying a military ID and Veterans card wasn't enough. When I told him what plan I wanted to go to he made fun of me. I had unlimited data and used 30 gb a month. I had just installed wifi at my house and told him that and he laughed at me and told me I would never be able to stay that far under. I streamed movies and got cable and internet I wasn't worried. He put on the wrong plan and messed up my plan so bad Verizon sent me a $47000 bill. (Imagine my face when I got that!) While waiting because it took them an hour to upgrade my phone. (takes me 10 minutes) I went and grabbed my three year old out of the car (dad and brother stayed in the car) I then told them I was a rep at another store and he loudly made fun of me INFRONT OF MY SON. I asked for them to transfer my contacts and pictures and he loudly sneered "Go do it at your work we don't do that here" I reported that store to the district manager and SURPRISE I was told I was wrong and I wasn't mistreated and to go higher up "If I felt like it". HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

Read moreThis rating isn't for Verizon service. This rating is for the Lake Orion store. I was promised all kinds of things to bring my business account over. I was to get bogo, $300 credit to bill, $200 off the phones I was paying for and was told my tablets from Sprint could be activated on Verizon. It has taken me 5 months to get my bill straight without any help of the Lake Orion store. I had to constantly call 611 and they helped me fix my bill and when doing that I found out that I was suppose to get $600 credit to my account because of switching over 6 lines not only $300. After I got my bill fixed I went to start up tablets and guess what they wouldn't work. They then wanted to charge me for new ones even though it was their sales rep didn't do their job and check into it more before switching. Plus they told me they'd give me nothing for the ones that they couldn't activate. I went to the Verizon Store in Ortonville and they gave me 3 tablets for free and money for the tablet I couldn't activate and their not the ones that promised anything. I paid out Sprint alittle over $2000.00 to get out of my contracts to come over to Verizon because of everything they told me and if I would of known that I was going to have this issue with everything I would of never switched. The Lake Orion Store from Management to Sales Reps don't stand behind their word and they aren't there for the customer. Whenever I called they would never return calls. BEWARE!!! Again this isn't about Verizon service because I've had no problems with that. It's just Verizon Lake...
