I had signed up on line for new service on two phones under the supposedly that I would get free phones. When I received my bill I found that I was being charged for them. My Daughter and I decided to go in person to see why. When we entered the store we were greeted immediately by Briana. (One male employee was lying on a bench playing on his phone!) Briana was very professional and jumped in immediately and called the on-line representative to find out what we were really entitled to. She spent a long time working on the phone to find out exactly what our plan was. She not only solved our problem but she found a better plan for us to save money plus a student discount. She went above and beyond great customer service! I hope Verizon values the wonderful employee that they have! Thank you Briana in Orion...
   Read moreThe worst experience ever. I spent 3 hrs dealing with getting a new phone after mine fried. I was sent away without my contacts or photos and sent to a 3rd party company because of the incompetency of the staff. All I had to do is sign into my Verizon iCloud but instead I paid a 3rd party company money to do something the staff should know.. I returned to the store 2 days later with my new phone because I could not figure out why it would not let me text a specific number and I was told "sorry, I don't know what is wrong and do not know how to fix it" is this really the type of service I pay $5000 a yr for.
