I ordered a dress in a small from here. A week or so later I get a message saying they’re out of stock in a small and that they can send me a medium because it runs fitted. I agree with the terms that if it’s too big I’d get a refund instead of store credit since it’s the fault of the store. They agreed. Dress comes in and it ends up being huge on me. I go to ship to return it, they tell me to track it and let them know when it arrives so they can issue my refund. I message them it had arrived and they send me store credit of an amount less than half the price of the dress. I reach out and they say that they had me confused with someone else and will issue my refund. Okay understandable. Few days go by and still did not receive my refund. I call them a total of 5 times in a span of another 2 days with no answer. The last 2 calls sent me straight to voicemail. 2 seconds later, I call from my sister in laws phone and they pick up right away. We were able to clear up the issue, and they did eventually issue my refund. After we ended the call, I called back from my phone to clarify a question I had, not super important though. Straight to voicemail. Couldn’t help but think they blocked my number because they didn’t want to refund me. Again, I did get refunded but it did take much longer than it should have and was a big inconvenience.
Edit: 1. We’re in the same time zone and I made sure to call during store hours. I know the hours differ throughout the week. That was not mentioned on the voicemail at all, my sister in law, brother in law, and husband can attest to this. The phone call attempts were on speakerphone. Their customer service is the worst, they sent me a cheap quality dress with a broken zipper and wouldn’t refund me while I was well within the 2week refund policy they have. I tried reaching out via email countless times only to finally be responded back to after some time with the refunding details and process to which I adhered to. After I sent them the damaged, never worn dress back, they wouldn’t process my refund and tried to put the blame on me. Their communication skills are lacking, they make it hard for you to reach out for a solution then try to pin the blame on you. Honestly, I tried supporting a Muslim-owned company but I swear never again with this one. It’s pretty sad to say the least. They’re rip-offs and your money will go to waste. You can find better quality elsewhere. Extremely unsatisfied with their poor service and quality. Don’t waste your time nor money and buy elsewhere. These people aren’t worth giving your money to. I had a hefty priced order and when it arrived I was so disappointed in the quality, it was very similar to quality of products I would get back home in the middle east. Additionally, one of the items was see-through, which was surprising for brand targeted at hijabis. I reached out immediately because they have a strict 2 week period for exchanges (you can't return), and I sent multiple messages through the chat and they told me finally to reach out to an email address. I've now sent 2 emails and there's been no reply. I understand there was the holiday period but I reached out before that through the chat.
