My experience at Levant Luxe Roastery Chocolate Shop was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy — the kind of place that doesn’t just welcome you, it embraces you. It’s so inviting that you don’t want to leave; in fact, it makes you want to stay, relax, and just take in everything it has to offer.

The shop boasts an impressive selection of spices, nuts, and an array of unique, flavorful offerings that capture your senses from every corner. The chocolate? Absolutely amazing. We’ve been loyal customers of Levant since they opened, regularly purchasing their mixed nuts. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing.

After buying a bag of mixed nuts as we usually do, we came home and immediately noticed the nuts were stale—they tasted like they had been sitting for days. We returned to the store to let the manager know, hoping for understanding or at least concern. Instead, we were met with a look of disbelief and a dismissive attitude. His response was essentially, “Really? Our mixed nuts are bad? We make fresh nuts daily—can’t you hear the machine in the back?”

There was not a single ounce of sincerity in his tone. It felt unprofessional and frankly insulting. To the ownership: if a customer takes the time to come back and share an issue, do you truly think they’re trying to pull a fast one? A respectful response could have preserved our loyalty.

I am so happy that I was able to stop in to the shop today. I never leave reviews on places, but everything about Levant is 5 star worthy. The shop is immaculately clean and organized. They have an amazingly broad selection of everything from sweet and savory snacks, to spices, coffees, teas and everything in between. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the amazing quality of the products. Most importantly, though, the owner and staff are the kindest most helpful people I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They go above and beyond to let you sample different items and help you pick out exactly what suits your taste preferences. I had a vague idea of what I wanted when I walked in and they helped me with every single item on my list. I truly can't say enough about how wonderful my entire experience was.
