Good ice cream but boy do I have beef with the set up. Terrible layout. You pay and order first. Then walk by the entire case of ice cream flavors to pick up your order. So when there’s a line of people to pay you walk past or through the waiting people. View your ice cream. Dodge people that already paid that are heading to pick up area. Walk against the people that just finished paying to to go back through the line to the end.

Who designed this layout? If they put the register at the opposite end of the counter traffic would flow properly and congestion could be avoided. It makes you not want to eat inside and there’s no spot to...

This plush horse location is absolutely phenomenal. The staff there was beyond kind and friendly. Of course, all of their ice cream is homemade, so it goes without saying that, that was absolutely delicious. This time I enjoyed the key lime pie. Ice cream with Graham cracker crumbs in it. It was absolutely phenomenal. I would like to give a special shout out to the manager who went out of their way to help something to do with my kindergarten class. It was very nice of him. First and last time trying. There were no friendly vibes inside from the staff, and the ordering process was weird. Ice cream was not good at all. I ordered cake batter ice cream and it just tasted like plain vanilla with sprinkless in it. I wouldn't have minded the cake batter flavor tasting like regular vanilla, but the vanilla was bland. I also ordered the key lime pie flavor but it was was also bad tasting. I ended up throwing it away. Definitely will not return here.
