Please choose another express company if you can because it has no credibility and poor service. I sent a package through them on 1/17 to China. Ms. Gao, the one I have been in contact with, told me it would take about 30-40 days for the destination. I checked the package several times on their website in mid-Feb, but it didn't show where the package was in China. It only said it had left the State. Called her several times, and she never gave me a clear answer. Today, I contacted her again, and finally, she said the truck was late for 10 days to lick up the package. She told me it was not her responsibility to notify the sender about the delay. She can't tell me where the package is either. Her attitude is awful. There is no integrity in this business, and their customer service is terrible. It is my first time using this company, and I am sure it will be...

The casher at the market ignored me while I was waiting for her to ring me up. She continued to talk to another employee while I waited patiently for her to acknowledge me. and when she did bring me up she didn't even look at me and she just rung up the stuff stuffed it in a bag and told me. Then she ripped the receipt off and stuffed in in the bag. She then barely scooted the bag my way while continuing her talk with the other employee. I noticed as I was leaving, she immediately greeted the Asian woman with a smile and interacted with her. This was almost 2 months ago, before I heard they thought blacks people was responsible for COVID-19. I shopped this market at least once a month for many years. Now I order my ginger tea on line at double the price. I rather do that then continue to shop where black folks are...

There is a huge oriental population in Orlando and this particular shopping center is the place to be for authenticity of product. There are a number of restaurant in the center and I've eaten at most of them. I've not had a bad experience yet.

There are also some large stores here for housewares and groceries. These places are always busy and if they are always busy then they are spot on for the community they serve. You can spend a little or a lot.
