I used to go to Anna’s Nails without any issues, but my last two visits have been absolutely awful and I won’t be returning.

A few months ago, I was treated by the male nail tech with long hair and a hat, and the experience was horrifying. He was aggressive during both my manicure and pedicure, rushed the entire process, and ended up cutting me badly enough to draw blood, with barely an apology. One of the cuts was so deep it took a month to fully heal. I left the appointment in pain and on the verge of tears.

Despite that, I gave the salon another chance about a month later and specifically requested a female technician. She was kind, but the appointment still ended in disaster. I came in with healthy, intact nails and left with them feeling oddly flexible and sensitive. Within days, they started breaking, not at the tip, but deep at the middle of the nail bed. It was incredibly painful and made daily tasks difficult.

I just visited a different salon to try and fix the damage, and once the techs there were able to get the old polish off, they were visibly shocked at the state of my nail beds. They told me the severe discoloration and sensitivity were signs of extreme over drilling. I had to get tips and rubber base applied just to salvage what was left of my nails.

I’m beyond disappointed. No one should have to leave a salon in worse shape than they came in. Anna’s Nails has caused lasting damage to my hands and I strongly caution others...

My visit here started out pretty good. I started with a pedicure which went well, the older lady I didn’t get her name, but she did my pedicure. I asked for eyebrows wax so she did that as well. I should have known something was wrong when she gave me the mirror really fast and was telling me, not asking that I got into a car accident so I’m looking in the mirror to see what she’s telling me. This lady ripped my hair out of my brows literally a line through the middle of my brows that looks like a gash. I told her no u ripped my hair out of my brows she told me no car accident car accident. I said how are u gonna tell me what happened to me! I’ve never had anything so horrific happen to me like this. It would have been nice and understandable if she would have just told me what happened instead of accusing me. I will not recommend anyone get their brows done here unless u wanna leave with a half brow...

Very nice pedicure, sweet people. I got a gel manicure and not even 2 days later, polish was chipping.

This is my final time coming to this salon. I got my eyelashes done with clusters on Friday. By the end of the night, all of the eyelash extensions were completely gone. I had not washed my face (per instructions wait 24hrs and I do not wear make up. Saturday is family day so I did not have time to call. Today is Sunday and I called before driving to this salon. I was told I would be given a refund. I live on the east side by the airport btw. I get here and they arent giving me a refund and the lash girl isnt here. I spent over $200 in this visit (pedi, nails, eyebrows and lashes) and this unacceptable. I will never give them...
