This place is disgusting ! Half the clothes you’re buying have been on the ground and no staff members bother picking it up …. On top of that everything in the beauty department is unsanitary. HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS AT ITS FINEST!!! Half the products are not in the boxes bc they have been stolen the other half are opened and all over the other products when I made a manager aware she started she couldn’t do anything to help me until the other manager answered the phone I waited over 30 min in the store for quote manager assistance bc some of the products didn’t even have prices on it. So when I told her I had to go and just ring them up. She tried to charge me for a 6 pack of blenders when it was a one pack when I corrected her she huffed and had another employee go look for the product to price it I waited another 10 min before I told her to forget it! The problem with this store is the staff after standing there for over 30 minutes observing it’s not the store location or customers that’s the problem it the staff they are more concerned with talking trash about each other behind the back of the other person then actually cleaning and working. I will be taking this to a corporate level. As you can see by the photos these products are all open and used missing caps and droppers and the last photo is the only closed item I bought it’s COVERED in an oil substance after leaving the makeup department my hands have black dust...

They stay open untul 9:30P, 10:30P on weekends. This place is an urban ROSS. It will always come in clutch when you need a last-minute gift, quick fix for a room refresh, or something down and dirty on the cheap 1 and done items that you dont mind wasting cash on. Sometimes, you will come across hidden gems if you are willing to spend the time and search through what they have, but in the words of Sweet Brown, "Aint nobody got time for that." But i did find the perfect expanding cruise ship bag that was $30 on A-Z, but 15.99 here, so it's worth the weird parking lot and people parking in...

I agree totally disgusting store. I took my mom today and brought in her service dog. When I went to get a buggy the security guard walked up towards us said you can’t use that and grab the cart from me. I asked why and he stated the rubber wheels were broken yet they had no sign. He just threw his hands up in the air and walked away. I have never been treated as disrespectful as he was to me. I think he didn’t want me bringing in the dog is my thought. Nasty looking store.
