I have worked in fast food so I am naturally understanding that mistakes happen. I also usually donât do bad reviews cause I know that your gonna get few bad apples. I had ordered two subs online for pick up at this location, which I know that online orders are messed up the easiest. When I got to the location I was informed part of my order, some cookies, werenât available. No problem they refunded me the cookies no big deal. I get my subs and go home. However both subs were made entirely wrong. My boyfriends sub had toppings that were supposed to be on mine. His was supposed to be toasted but wasnât. Mine was missing the dressing, toppings, and was toasted but I did not wanted it toasted. While I was upset because both were made entirely wrong, I still wanted to give the store the opportunity to fix it. Cause again Iâve worked at fast food I know what it can be like. So I return to the store. The manager, or who I assume to be the manager, understood and offered to fix them by remaking them or refunding them. Awesome so I agreed to have them remade. When the crew member went to remake them she had attitude the whole time. Like we were an inconvenience to her, not only that when we went to give her the order she acted as if she didnât believe us. She had manager reprint the order to prove we were telling the truth on the toppings. Itâs not like we did not bring the food back, we brought the incorrect subs and more than happily allowed them to review and discard them. Iâm not here to get free food just what I paid for. Not only that one of my toppings wasnât even available so something I wouldâve liked to known previously, hence why I was missing some toppings. I would have understood if just informed when I had picked up the sub. Keep in mind the store was not busy, If it had been I would have taken that into consideration. I would have given this a one star but since them manager being kind I will give it an extra one. The mistake was rectified but the attitude from the crew member who fixed my sandwich makes me not want to revisit this...
Read moreOn a recent occasion awhile back I ordered online. When I arrived there was no line and a young man behind the counter. I stood back waiting for him to address me. I spent 26 years in the restaurant industry as an owner, manager and of course employee. What was obvious to me was the family that HAD been waited on were friends of his and when the "father" of the family gave him money he put it in his pocket. I know the "hookup" when I see it. I had to walk directly to the cashier area and ask if my online order was ready. He said they didn't have one. Nonetheless that I stood there waiting to be waited on or even addressed was unnerving. I made the mistake of giving them another chance a month or so later and my wife placed the order online and paid for it. I arrived and they handed me a bag and I left. THEY CALLED MY CELL PHONE TO TELL ME THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND GAVE US 2 BAGS OF CHIPS (the person putting the order together ASSUMED they were "meal deals") AND THAT I NEEDED TO COME BACK AND PAY FOR THEM OR GIVE THEM BACK!!!! So I go back and tell them to charge me for the bag of chips that I opened and refund the rest of the order. THEIR ONLY RESPONSE WAS THAT THEY COULDN'T REFUND THE ORDER BECAUSE I PAID ONLINE...not "Oh my gosh sir we are so sorry for treating you with this type of miserable customer service!" WAIT IT GETS BETTER...I ask for an area supervisors name and am put in touch with a Mr. Place. He agrees that this is about as bad customer service as has ever been exhibited and tells me that if I order at the West town corners in the future he would compensate that meal and to simply call him and tell him when I do. I did so and when I arrived was charged for the meal. I will continue to go to West town corners but certainly not the Clarcona...
Read moreSubway has never given me any issues. I only have visited this location a handful of times, and customer service is usually decent, not perfect but ok. I went into this subway yesterday and got a 6 in steak sub(big mistake) I was sick all day after eating it. I was there before lunch time around 10 am. My son only wanted a chocolate milk. As a mom I have a habit which is good to have to check the dates on things especially when giving it to my kids. Lets just say I am happy I did. Yesterday was the 21st, the chocolate milk had an expiration date on it for 1/12/20. Almost 10 days OLD milk. Yuck! When I asked for another one the lady gave me a look like eww and ALL of the milk was expired. She went to look in the back to see if she had any more and said the truck came later that day, and went to get a manager which I never saw come out. I ended up exchanging it for a regular milk. My issue is that yes things can accidentally be missed which happens we are all human, however did anyone not do their job in 10 days, I know the cooler had to be restocked at least once? Another thing is that I sat there and ate to see if she would immediately discard the 10 day old milk and didn't she didn't have any other customers, so that should have been done before your lunch rush came in. It was PUT BACK IN THE COOLER which is CRAZY. **CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS, NOT EVERYONE CARES ABOUT THEIR JOB OR THE COMPANY UNFORTUNATELY. WHICH MEANS SOMEONE ELSE MIGHT GET THIS BAD MILK ALSO, there was no wet floor sign in front of the drink machine and there was a spill and I almost slipped. Nothing was done about that either when I...
