First of all - right up front I would say look no further and hire Joe. 5 star+ review from my family. My wife and I interviewed two realtors in our area in Avalon Park and we chose the second realtor, Joe Stout and Millenium Realty Group, because we felt we had found the one without a need to interview any others. Joe’s easy demeanor, knowledge of the area as well as having a plan for getting us on the market and sold convinced us. I’m writing this now after having sold our home in August 2023 and can truly say we could not have done any better and that we’re thankful we chose Joe as our realtor. Joe went above and beyond time and again to help us through a very difficult time period. We had to move out of state very shortly after listing and before the house was sold and Joe took over for us to get the house under contract. Not only did he hold several open houses for us, but we had a number of issues discovered after we moved out and he took care of coordinating all of the contractors to get the repairs done. Joe provided service that was way above and beyond what is normally expected and he did so with such calm expertise that it really eased our burden as we tried to close on a house that was 500+ miles away.
