On December 23rd, just a day before Christmas, my family and I found ourselves in a predicament as we had closed on our new home the night before and were in desperate need of a Christmas tree to bring some festive cheer into our exhausted lives. Having no time to pre-order, we reached out to Treedrop, hoping for a Christmas miracle.

To our amazement, the Treedrop team responded promptly, assuring us that they had a couple of trees left. They went above and beyond by sending pictures of the available options for us to choose from. Despite their humble disclaimer, the trees that were left were stunning, and we quickly made our selection.

I found Tree Drop via Christmas tree searches online in the Orlando area. Previously I had used a company to have the tree shipped to me which I then set up. Tree Drop gave me a bigger tree at 8 ft and does the labor of delivery and setup and takedown for just a bit over the cost of the tree mail service.

Tree Drop notified me before the delivery several times via email and text until the moment the tree arrived in a Tree Drop marked van. I spoke to Jerry and found his story compelling about how he started the company and grew it over 7 years. It's a great entrepreneur success story!!

Jerry cut the stump of the 8 ft tree to maintain a fresh edge to increase water absorption. He wrapped the tree in a custom tree carrying tarp and brought it into the house for mounting. He used our Krinner tree holder without any assistance and set the tree straight. Afterwards he had a bottle of water ready to fill the Krinner tree holder. The tree was excellent. Jerry showed us the freshness of the tree by tugging slightly on the needles and showing they did not come off easily. We could not be happier with the quality of the tree. Jerry used his Makita vacuum to clean any loose pine needles on the floor and left the house very clean and tidy. My parents were very happy with the tree and service Jerry provided. We even got a fantastic Chocolate Chip cookie from Tree Drop Santa!! I have been following TreeDrop since they started 3 years ago, I have been living overseas for the past 6 years since my husband works there and this year I decided to stay back. This is a special year for our family as is the first time we are experience Christmas in the States and I wanted everything to be perfect.
